Es un hotel muy tranquilo. Habitación amplia y todo muy limpio, muy buena ubicación y el personal muy amable, también en el restaurante. Los desayunos muy ricos! Probé el desayuno Xiqueño, delicioso. Disfruté ver tantas plantas en el patio. Es una casona antigua/rústica, así que podría tener detalles aceptables pero lo mantienen bonito. En mi caso, la cama me pareció demasiado rígida pero es todo.

Hotel a tres cuadras del centro de la ciudad, así que caminando llegabas a hacer compras o tomar un cafe en las cafeteriás que tienen el centro; muy amable la gente, hay una coridalidad entre los choferes que dan prioridad a los peatones que van a cruzar, muy buena experiencia.

En el baño se apreciaba manchas de humedad y de mantenimiento en el cancel de la regadera. La habitación estaba frente al restaurante y desde temprano se escuchaba el murmullo y ruido de la cocina.

A gem in Coatepec
Pros:

It's obviously an older hotel, but despite this, is in pretty good condition. What makes it great isvthe staff (specifically Jorge) who helped me solve an issie with my motorcycle, and the proximity to the historic center of town. Also has a restaurant and parking right across the street.

Not the best option for the price.
Pros:

The hotel is very old and the facilities does not have proper options for cold nights.
I would not stay here again, however the staff was helpful.
