All was great.
I was able to adjust the temperature, the shower was excellent with ample towels, the bed was comfortable with several pillows. The coffee machine was not the greatest and the traffic was very loud and went on all night (which I know you can't do anything about).
It had a good shower, large comfortable bed and a easy way to adjust the temperature.

The staff, very poor service, didn’t say anything about charging a deposit where the room was located they basically took my card charged me hand it the cards and the lady step away

The latch on the door had been put on backwards and the manager had to break it to get in.

Close to the PARC across the street.
The 1st room the AC did not work. The TV would not turn off in the 2nd room. Went for new batteries. The zapper still did not work.
Nothing
The room was outdated and smelled which we later found out was because the bed had been urinated in. I went to the front desk and requested another room which was given to us. Problem was, we couldn't get the smell out of our nose and the night was very uncomfortable. We didn't eat breakfast because we just wanted to leave. I mentioned to the representative when checking out all she said was; Yes, I see you changed rooms in the notes.
Good location for our scheduled activities
Location was easy off highway. Comfortable and nice size room. Walking distance to Tacoma Dome.
Staff was ok, but not exceptional.
Nothing much other than it was close to the Tacoma Dome.
So noisy, old, dirty rooms, the bathroom had something brown smeared on the door, carpet was disgusting and all you could hear was traffic and cars all night long.
