Overall, not a great experience and would never recommend
Cons:

The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, never got a full connection and used cellular data my whole stay. When I told the lady at the front desk she said that she could move me to another room where wifi “might” be better. A sports channel on my room tv wouldn’t load, I got the same response from the front desk, I could move and it might work, it just did that sometimes. That was my first night and I asked to just get money back and check out if the hotel couldn’t guarantee a WiFi connection like promised. That same lady at front desk told me that she couldn’t do that and didn’t have the authority to do it. The bfast the next morning was not impressive, stale cereal, hard boiled eggs, oranges and waffles was all. Within my first 24 hours there, I had to keep returning to the front desk for them to reload my keycard to work on my room key (no it wasn’t by my phone). The shower and sink in my room drained very slow, couldn’t even take a 10 minute shower without water past my ankles. My second night there, I asked for new pillows in my room, the ones housekeeping had left had the springs sticking out and were cracked and uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk said she’d try to get me new ones. She said the service elevator was broken and she couldn’t access the pillows?! So I had no other option. Overall, not a great experience for me.

Comfortable bed but these rooms could use bigger TVs
Pros:

The king size bed was super comfortable slept really well.

Cons:

The TV was really small and outdated and was probably 10 to 15 years old. The bathroom towels felt low quality and starchy. I would think they would have better quality linens.

Cons:

Homeless people everywhere. In the parking lot all hours of the day and night. Asking for money etc. I noticed security in the evening in the parking lot. Asides from 1 staff member the others I met were not friendly and seemed very curt .

Definitely met all of my expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was so delicious. Portions were great. The bed was most comfortable, as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out like a light.

Cons:

Everything was fine . when we're in the area again we will not hesitate to return to La Quinta.

My Home away from Home!
Pros:

OMG, everything. This is my home away from home. This is my mini vacation while still being in my city. This is where I go when I REALLY need to rest!! It's the best!!

Cons:

Coffee needs to be served all day, not just the morning. Please.
