Great place. Fantastic views of the mountain around. Lovely courtyard with garden. The location is about 10 KM from Ella town. But we took a bus to the town which costs only 90 LKR. Tuk Tuk charges about 2.5 K one way. The care takers were good too. The 'secret waterfall' is at a walking distance. You can take a bath and it's much more appealing than the Ravana Falls. You may have to plan your food, as they generally don't serve lunch and dinner. If you are renting a bike / car / tuk tuk, this is a great place to stay.
Sparkling clean, lovely location, but be aware it’s not in town. You need to get a 20 minute bus to get into time but the buses are on every 20 minutes and this is so easy.

A very nice place to relax.
It was a secluded location. Beautiful all around. Staff was really good. Provided simple breakfast in morning. Peacocks were roaming in property. Bright sunshine in morning made it more beautiful. Upkeep of place was great.
Chef was not available and as no good restaurant was available near by we have to go back to Ella around 30mins for having dinner. It could have been informed beforehand to we could have taken out dinner earlier.
It was a bit discomfort and change of plan.
It was clean, the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. They made bed tea which was on the house, The Manager is a friendly Chap who will personally ensure that your stay is comfortable.
I loved the breathtaking mountain views from the hotel in Ella. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided exceptional service and were very polite, making the stay even more enjoyable.
There was no hot water in the evening, which was inconvenient. Also, the blankets provided were not enough, making it a bit cold at night.
the staff, Anushka and Pasindu, were exceptionally friendly and helpful and have a very positive attitude in making you feel at home..they helped us with directions to local places and buses, and keep the hotel spotless..the hotel is situated in a very quiet location in nature, close to waterfalls

Very friendly staff and they are ready to do everything to make your stay comfortable. Food served were good and sourced locally as everything was fresh.
Small hotel with limited rooms so if you are going with a big group then not all rooms will have the same facilities. It would be good to see arrangements to prepare tea or coffee in the room as that was missing.
The view was spectacular and Anushka and his team were lovely and obliging hosts. The property has a beautiful garden and the view from the dining room is superb. Breakfast was filling, tasty and adequate considering that their cook at the time of stay was incapacitated and the other members of the team had to fill in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms. Staff provided blankets on request. The location of the resort was good in my opinion as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Ella Town but only a twenty minute tuk tuk ride away. Anushka provided tuk tuks when we requested them.
The bathrooms did not have any hot water. It is the only negative point to make. I made sure to let Anushka know and to inform the owners, that by simply having a hot water heater in each bathroom, the wonderful experience at Feeling Good Resort can only increase exponentially.
We booked three rooms and all three toilets were very badly maintained. The rooms floors were dirty. And most places we stayed at provided great food and services for the kids, but this place did not do that.
