It was ok for a long weekend but didn't fully meet our expectations.
Pros:

The location is nice in central Dillenburg. The hotel is located in an old building, looking very nice on the outside. The staff was friendly, but didnt always fully understand our requests. The rooms were of decent size. The shower was very good (warm and strong).

Cons:

The rooms were a bit worn down. Broken tiles, damaged corners, etc. One room had a loose valve/tap at the sink.
It was not very clean. Dust in the corners on the floor, hairs in the sink. It looked like the cleaning had been done in a rush.
Breakfast was quite simple. Good and tasty bread but not a large selection (only buns, not slices of bread). The first day there was no yoghurt or something similar. The coffee on the other hand was very good. And every morning we could order eggs the way we wanted them (fried, omelet, etc) after which it was freshly made.
However, overall we had expected something else (also regarding the price we paid).

Cons:

Ich bin von meinem Aufenthalt im Zimmer 313 wirklich sehr enttäuscht.

Es war praktisch unmöglich, im Bett zu schlafen, da es ständig geknarrt und geknackt hat – sogar beim einfachen Umdrehen auf die Seite. Dadurch war es nachts sehr schwierig, überhaupt zu schlafen.

Im Badezimmer gab es kein warmes Wasser. Außerdem lief ständig Wasser auf den Boden. Wir haben die Rezeption bzw. die Verwaltung darüber informiert, aber leider wurde das Problem nicht angemessen behoben. Es kann nicht unsere Aufgabe sein, ständig den nassen Badezimmerboden selbst zu reinigen.

Insgesamt waren die Bedingungen wirklich nicht gut und entsprachen überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich bin von meinem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht.
