A wonderful place for a base to enjoy the South Bay!
Pros:

Well kept, secure free parking, high room security as well thanks to high walls and keyed gate entrance. Good beds and at least on second floor, OPENABLE windows!! Fresh air w/o noisy a/c machine is a choice!

Cons:

It is a little difficult getting in and out along busy Sepulveda Blvd. But this is a small quibble.
