Overall a nice trip.
Pros:

Won’t stay here again EVER!

The hot water was warm for our night shower and the morning shower was cold. Told the staff and the guy said, “Well, we always have hot water.” Well, sir apparently not!! Never offer anything else but would have someone look into it!

Ok hotel
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights, 1 night free for a Wyndham time share sales pitch & paying for the 2nd. The room was clean but very small, on the 5 floor and had 2 full size beds. The reason for the 4 rating is the bathroom is extremely small & claustrophobic not for someone with disabilities or being of any size. Also the shower could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was good both mornings with eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy, fruit and a verity of breads. The coffee was the very best and we heard many compliments on it. The staff at check in were friendly but the room service was minimal, if you filled out a card and dropped it off at the front desk by 10 AM you could get clean towels and linens dropped off after 4 PM and no one changed out our trash bags but I did see people leaving trash & dirty linens out side their doors. In all, I don’t know what it’s like on the other 4 floors, but if it’s the same as this one I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price we paid, you get what you pay for.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional! I was very surprised the quality and different choices if items to choose from. The staff was ever so friendly and went out if their way to accommodate what we desired. Late night snacks, the helped us with restaurants that used for dash for that 11'o'clock food delivery. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. We will decimals be back!

Clean. Beautiful hot tub in room. Laundry. Great breakfast. The hot tub was hot and the pool wasn't too cold.
