Pros:

The rooms were tidy, clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and attentive. The location is magnificent where it's near many hotspots, shopping, parks and dining area.

Cons:

The room had no view and there was a fair amount of noise coming from the hall and other rooms, the insulation must be much better.

Agréable et sympathique
Pros:

Établissement bien situé.hall agréable,chambre moderne .
Personnels très à l’écoute ,accueillant sympathique.
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Manque de propreté au niveau salle de bain et trace de doigts sur les placards et portes . Jus d’orange au petit déjeuné qui et trop coupé d’eau pour du naturel.

Great value for money hotel in central Porto.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, location, and staff. The hotel is very central and great value for money. There were many cafes and restaurants around. Hotel staff were very helpful, offering great places to eat.

Cons:

Room was a little small. There was a double bed, with little space to move around it nor place our suitcases. We ordered dinner in the restaurant and it took a very long time to be seen to and for the food to be delivered, despite not being very busy.

La posizione è ottimale per visitare la città. Lo staff è molto accogliente. Il check-in lo abbiamo fatto con la Signora Monika che è stata veramente gentilissima nel fornire tutte le indicazioni utili. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il parcheggio che, pur essendo un po’ caro, è comunque molto utile perchè nei dintorni è impossibile parcheggiare. La pulizia delle stanze è perfetta

Very disappointing room, great staff and location.
Pros:

We have just checked into the hotel and it has an excellent central location next to shops and restaurants. The staff were very good and helpful but only had one person actively checking in guests which meant some delays.

The room is the worst that l can remember staying in. It is dark overlooking back streets, there are no cupboards or drawers to put things and no bench space. I can’t unpack things because there is nowhere to put anything. I asked if they had a bigger room but was advised that there are none available. I am very disappointed and would not stay in this room if I had a choice.
