Pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos. simpáticos. eficientes. Café da manhã muito bom com diversidade e qualidade. A localização muito boa também.

Cons:

O quarto que nos foi oferecido foi sofrível. abria a janela e via paredes. Poeira no telefone e mesinhas. Não tinha onde pendurar a toalha de rosto. O basculante de madeira que foi colocado na janela do banheiro, quando aberto, atrapalhava muito a circulação no banheiro, que ja e minúsculo. A luz do banheiro muito fraca. sem lixeira no banheiro.

Não tinha tomada adequada para ligar meu secador no banheiro e o meu quarto tinha cama com colchão muito ruim, foi um pouco sacrificante dormir na 2a diária… doeu o corpo. No check out avisaram que estavam trocando os colchões gradativamente….

Perfect location and perfectly adequate for our stay as we were not in it much.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, they even left a birthday card and balloons on the bed for my husbands birthday. The hotel was ideally situated and was walking distance to everywhere

Cons:

The room was a bit 'brown' and felt a bit dated. Having said that it was very clean.

Konumu gayet iyiydi. Ortak kullanım alanları da temizdi. Personel ilgili ve sıcaktı. Oda temizdi, herhangi bir koku veya rahatsız edici bir şey yoktu, temizlik bakımından.

Cons:

Oda küçüktü, Dolayısı ile banyo ve tuvalet kullanımı da rahat değildi. Tuvalette bence en azından ıslak mendil mutlaka konmalı. Zaten Avrupa nın bu taharet musluğu kullanmamada ki inadını ve ısrarını anlamış değilim. Bu konuda birçözüm sunmalılar.
