Hotel é bom, com quartos espaçosos e os funcionários foram prestativos. Bom café da manhã. Limpeza bem efetuada e com roupas de cama e toalhas adequadas para o perfil do hotel.
Tivemos problemas no sistema de aquecimento central. Os controles individuais nos quartos não funcionam. Estava fazendo 10 graus na madrugada e mesmo assim passamos muito calor dentro do quarto, porque o aquecimento central estava exagerado. Não conseguimos dormir bem. Explicaram que era uma programação do sistema de ar e nada poderiam fazer. A solução foi emprestar um ventilador muito barulhento, já que as janelas não abrem. Muito desconfortável passar calor no inverno.
