Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very friendly welcome by the receptionist on arrival, room was ready early so allowed to check in and upgraded to a suite which was great. Room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and large bathroom. Location was good for getting around Porto. Staff were friendly. Had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excelente localização e eficiência dos funcionários.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, ao lado da estação São Bento, boas instalações, quarto limpo, arrumado, espaçoso e com cama confortável. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Bom restaurante e excelentes funcionários no balcão. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente eficientes e solicitos. Em suma, valeu a estadia.

Great hospitality and great team
Pros:

Great service. Great product. Stayed here with some mates for one night. The service was fantastic. Reception team couldn’t do enough for you. Bruno in particular was a great guy. True hospitality which is getting rare these days.

Très agréable et la gentillesse de tout le personnel doit être soulignée.
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité du centre historique et des commerces.
Déjeuner riche et varié.
Beaucoup d'espace dans les chambres, petits détails attentionnés avec le frigidaire et les différentes boissons, la cafetière électrique à dosettes.
Fourniture de produits de toilette de marque !

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre pourrait être un peu plus travaillée.
J'ai trouvé le matelas un peu dur.
