Buen hotel con algún pero
Pros:

Bien ubicado y personal de recepción muy amable

Cons:

Imposible tener la habitación arreglada antes de volver de comer, con lo que había que reclamar y adaptarse a las limiadoras en lugar de a la inversa. Una pena.

EXCELLENT HOTEL
Pros:

Great location, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, excellent value for money, spotless, great customer service by all staff. Monika & Selma on reception were patient and helpful they are a credit to the hotel. Also Phillipa in the restaurant was very helpful and service with a smile.

Great location and excellent service

Cons:

That you cannot control the A/C. The staff informed that it is due to the season. For us, the room was hot. When we opened the window as we were advised, fresh air was coming in. Nevertheless, we couldn't resist the noise from outside .

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and cozy room with a nice view. The hotel's location is very good. Especially, I was happy to get informed and served by Selma at the front desk. She is the one who understands cultural diversity and respects people from different cultures. I hope all hotels in the world have staff like Selma.

kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve güzeldi. konum olarak çok iyiydi tam merkezde, zaten Porto küçük bir şehir olduğundan her yeri yürüyerek gezebildik. taksi ile otelin önüne kadar gelinebiliyor. personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. odada su, çay, kahve, şampuan, saç kremi ve duş jeli mevcut. çok memnun kaldık tekrar giderse konaklayabileceğim bir otel.

Overall, the hotel is great. I had really appreciate the room and specially the staffs were so nice

The location was excellent, the hotel bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff was great and amicable. The staff at reception was wonderful and able to assist for all issues promptly. The breakfast was also good and the bread were excellent.

Cons:

Wifi connection was good but unsecured with no password. Lack of amenities such as pool or gym or common space. For breakfast, the eggs were oily - can improve.
