Pros:

Местоположение отличное, всё близко. Чистота и комфорт номеров соответствует картинам и звезд. Завтрак хороший, вкусный, много фруктов и овощей.

Pros:

Reception e spazi comuni molto belli. Colazione buona, tranne i Pastel de nata che sembravano di gomma.
La posizione buona.
Ambiente molto gradevole e dinamico, personale molto gentile.

Cons:

LA CAMERA da migliorare. E meno male che ho preso una camera "priviledge" !!
Materasso molto scomodo e bagno con pochissimo spazio per appoggiare le cose. Non ho potuto riposare bene.
Nella colazione i pastel de nata in tutti e due i giorni sembravano di gomma.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very friendly welcome by the receptionist on arrival, room was ready early so allowed to check in and upgraded to a suite which was great. Room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and large bathroom. Location was good for getting around Porto. Staff were friendly. Had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excelente localização e eficiência dos funcionários.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, ao lado da estação São Bento, boas instalações, quarto limpo, arrumado, espaçoso e com cama confortável. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Bom restaurante e excelentes funcionários no balcão. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente eficientes e solicitos. Em suma, valeu a estadia.
