In unserem Zimmer hat die Heizung nich funktioniert, deshalb waren es 18 Grad.. am 2 Tag wurde das Problem jedoch behoben.

Ein super schönes modernes Hotel im Zentrum, wir konnten alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Das Frühstück war super und der Parkservice war auch top! Sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏼
Best hotel I have stayed in
Nothing everything was great 10/10
Loved the spacious studio-style setup. It worked really well for us travelling with a toddler. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to self-cater: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooking element and fridge/freezer. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, such a varied and international selection. I tried the chicken congee and went back for seconds - even chatted with other guests in the elevator who loved it!

Rooms were noisy from train line right next to it. We moved from 8th to 32nd floor but it was still as noisy. Numerous times in the middle dale of the night.
Had 1 Gin and Tonic in bar first night then they told us they had no tonic. My husband had to go to supermarket the following night to buy our own tonic!

Marie, the receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming, and provided good local advice on where to visit and areas to avoid. The room she gave us was exceptional and was available to us late morning.

For the price, the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The facilities were beautiful, and everything about the breakfast—the dining area, the food, and especially the staff—was excellent.
One unexpected thing happened during our stay: the fire alarm went off right around the time we were getting up in the morning. We went outside and took a little morning walk while everything was being checked. Thankfully, there was no serious problem, and everything was handled smoothly. We were able to come back inside shortly afterward, enjoy breakfast, and return to our room.
It actually turned into a memorable experience for us, and I was especially impressed by how well the hotel staff handled the situation and took the alarm seriously. I really appreciated their quick and professional response.
Of course, it may not have been the best way to wake up for guests who were hoping to sleep in! But for us, the timing worked out perfectly since we were just about to get up anyway.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the hotel, the facilities, the breakfast, and the staff. It was a great experience!
