Pros:

This property is the best in Calgary. Great spacious rooms. Beautiful front desk area, a gym with everything you need and the best all included breakfast I’ve ever had!

Best value in downtown Calgary for a fully equipped room and attentive staff
Pros:

The room layout was great, and the amenities really went above and beyond - so great to have pots, pans and cutlery! We especially appreciated the dining table and large living area.

Cons:

One minor comment would be the lack of ice machines/lack of communication about this. Honestly a minor note, but it would be nice to have some sort of note in the room/freezer lobby to ask the front desk for ice - unless with missed an existing note!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war sehr laut. Das Zimmer war zudem hellhörig. Die Küche in jedem Zimmer hat das Ambiente eher ungemütlich gemacht. Insgesamt empfand ich die Einrichtung als geschmacklos.

Asked for a quiet room, was woken all night by trains and then at 0530 by the room alarm clock that had been left on by a previous guest (perhaps). Mountain View rooms look at mountain buildings! Straight into next door building…

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, no blanket, asked reception to get one.side tables were too small, cannot put my sleep ap machine on it

The staff was great, but the room was less than satisfactory.
Cons:

The room was noisy, manly due to a large gap under the entry door. There was also noise from the bathroom again due to a poor pocket door and a poor layout of the room.
