Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war sehr laut. Das Zimmer war zudem hellhörig. Die Küche in jedem Zimmer hat das Ambiente eher ungemütlich gemacht. Insgesamt empfand ich die Einrichtung als geschmacklos.

Asked for a quiet room, was woken all night by trains and then at 0530 by the room alarm clock that had been left on by a previous guest (perhaps). Mountain View rooms look at mountain buildings! Straight into next door building…

The staff was great, but the room was less than satisfactory.
Cons:

The room was noisy, manly due to a large gap under the entry door. There was also noise from the bathroom again due to a poor pocket door and a poor layout of the room.

Need to improve beds specifically sofa bed
Pros:

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, no blanket, asked reception to get one.side tables were too small, cannot put my sleep ap machine on it

Was a great experience and took my hotel experience to a whole new level
Pros:

Breakfast was great ! The staff were exceptional.. they always offered to carry my luggage and assist in anyway they could, treated very well !
