Pros:

Breakfast was great and speedy lift to room. Lovely room and kitchen area.

Outstanding stay.. staff...amenities.. and more!
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding! Better than any continental breakfast I have ever had. The variety was amazing and anything and everything you could imagine. The seating was exceptional and an excellent bonus that you could make a hot beverage to go at the end of your meal. Staff were friendly and made sure everything was clean and refilled at all times.
The staff were always cleaning floors and so friendly. The valet parking was worth paying the extra for over Indigo parking. They went above and beyond and always made sure the vehicle was warmed on cold days and even helped load and unload our luggage.

Cons:

The Hotel was fabulous and everything about it. The only thing that we would have enjoyed more was places to eat near by... hopefully something will pop up sooner rather than later. Staff have done a great job at offering snacks and meals for purchase in the lobby as well as the coffee shop served outstanding beverages, with super friendly, helpful staff and had a few things to eat. The Buddah bowl and brisket sandwich were delicious and made fresh but the serving of potato chips were stale and I should have got the greens on the side instead.

This property is the best in Calgary. Great spacious rooms. Beautiful front desk area, a gym with everything you need and the best all included breakfast I’ve ever had!

Best value in downtown Calgary for a fully equipped room and attentive staff
Pros:

The room layout was great, and the amenities really went above and beyond - so great to have pots, pans and cutlery! We especially appreciated the dining table and large living area.

Cons:

One minor comment would be the lack of ice machines/lack of communication about this. Honestly a minor note, but it would be nice to have some sort of note in the room/freezer lobby to ask the front desk for ice - unless with missed an existing note!
