I’ve stayed in Ratchada Boutique Hotel multiple times when I come to Bangkok, it’s a great hotel with great staff. There’s a cafe & co-working space at the lobby making it very easy to work from there. 7-11 is walkable & overall in a good and quiet location. Super comfortable for its price point, will always highly recommend it.

Cosy, no frills stay in Ratchada precinct.
Pros:

Tucked away in a tight back lane, quiet in the night but traffic gets busy at peak hours. At least 20 mins' walk to Big C or the Street (30 mins' walk to the nearest MRT station), it's close enough to several night entertainment spots. Convenience stores (7 Eleven) within short walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much of a cafe. Reception was friendly and check-in/check out was without fuss. Recommended for a short stay in the Ratchada precinct.

Average. Honestly quite high price for the value. Clean enough but it was unbearably hot , even with the AC on. Fridge wasn't cold either

Generally its ok with walking distance to Big C and 7-11. Food stalls around too. Near to locally visited market 15min walking distance.

However, the turn off is the toilets flushing system

The worst staynof my life. Dont believe pictures tiny roombwith shower open to toilet. Glass doors in both if you wantbprivacy not her. Blood on pillow, bugs we checked out at 5 in the morningcafter arriving very late clerk wasnt ofcany help ill just contest charges

蟻の大量発生がなければiiいいホテルです。何回も泊まったなかで1k会だけですが、他の部屋にも発生したらしい。事故のような事ですが、心が折れてトラウマになりそうだ。こことが残念

Great Value
Pros:

Nice place. Rooms are a little dark but not too bad. This is not a touristy area but close to shopping and easy to get around. This is a great value--relatively new, very clean, comfortable bed and bath and great price. Would definitely stay here again.
Wi fi could be improved. Kept having to log in every hour or so.
