The rooms were very quiet. I like not being able to hear the neighbors.
There was not any shampoo in the dispenser.
Breakfast was good, something for everyone.

Can't remember her name but the lady that worked in the morning at the front desk of dark complexion was very helpful and polite, I'd definitely return because of her.
The breakfast timing, most my meetings ended late and by the time I got up, the breakfast was finished
The staff was nice, but short handed. Nobody was at the desk to check out because they were tending to the breakfast upstairs.
The staff was welcoming and kind while checking in and out. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.
The smell of the room was not good. Possibly a prior smoking room but definitely still smelled of stale smoke. We also had a 1st floor room and could hear the creaking floorboards of the guests above us. As a light sleeper, it's something I've never experienced at a hotel.
Good budget hotel. Gets the job done. Good for a quick night passing through; would not stay here long term.

This property is just off the highway so very convenient. The surrounding area is a little run down but appeared safe and was quiet. The outside and lobby are a little dated but the room was very clean and the bed and the bathroom appeared recently updated. Staff was super nice. Overall for the price it was a 5 star winner.

Property is very tired, not sure how the rating was above an 8, should have been a 6 at best. Had to change my first room because of the smell.

Why don't you ask if there was any thing unacceptable. Due to the fact that I called prior to coming down there, I talked to a girl on the phone, Olivia, which I found her name out when I got there was trying to find out information about the hotel and the amenities with it and I was asking questions and and she hung up the phone on me and as she was hanging the phone up by her to say I don't have time for this and I kept saying I have more questions. I have more questions and she just hung up the phone on me because she didn't wanna be bothered to answer anything. I was very upset and very dissatisfied with her attitude even after I got there, and I know she realized who I was I didn't say a word to her, but that's unacceptable for somebody to hang up the phone and I called back three or four times even using my granddaughter's phone and she would not answer the phone. I was not happy about that.
