Was nice . I’ll definitely will stay there again. Just now I know to ask for clean towels every day

Was easy to find . Lady at the front desk was nice and friendly

Cons:

That they didn’t cleaned the room. When I asked. The lady said they Only clean the rooms Every 3 days.
So I needed to ask for clean towels . Other than that Everything was good. Bed was very comfortable .

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

Loved that the hotel had a vintage feeling from the early 90’s the outside had a bunch of plants which was super pretty . Both ladies in the front deck were nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I did feel safe staying at this hotel which was very important to me.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower pressure wasn’t it at all . It was just taking hot water out but that’s literally the only issues.

Nice property, but big problem with the smoky rooms and getting snookered by not being upfront that the rooms were smoki

Inviting - morning staff was friendly

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke. Was told there were no non-smoking rooms available, and that my reservation said I booked a smoking room. I booked through booking.com and there was no opportunity to indicate that I wanted non-smoking because all California hotels are required to be fully non-smoking. This issue should be addressed as several others in our group encountered the same problem.
