De hulp die we kregen toen we aangaven dat de kamer bij een lift te gehorig was mochten na een upgrade de 2 nacht ergens op de gang anders slapen

really clean and big room

Cons:

The door to the room was like paper, it felt like there was no door at all. All the sounds came from the hallway to the room and from the room to the hallway. there was a bar but apparently it was never open

Overall I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The property itself was nice. I absolutely love how things looked. My room was amazing!

Cons:

My only concern was the door bell was broken and not lit up like the rest, the part to swipe the key card was missing, when I close the door and put the thing in front of it, that was loose. I DID NOT feel safe.

Also my shower stopped up while I was in it.

Disappointing the 1st night, but everything was made right the next day with my room.
Pros:

Customer Service, Monica was very nice and very helpful, I also Like that they upgraded me to a clean room.

Cons:

Valet was very unorganized they was never at their desk you could hardly find them. They also gave me someone else car. The 1st room they gave me very nasty.
