Central location. Near everything you need if you are staying downtown. The staff is always friendly and available.
Parking always bad but there are places to park near that are walking distance. Generally at no cost.

I love the Staff the front desk Manager and staff are amazing I’m bad it names but it’s a woman manager and a guy with red hair. The customer service is top tier! Also, the guys at Valet are always polite and very helpful.

I like the spacious room, cleanliness, staff very professional, knowledgeable. The location is nice. My main reason for staying at this hotel is because NO PETS ALLOWED. I don't want to stay in a room where a pet has been. This was a great stay for me and my family.

Estávamos no meio da viagem, então a lavanderia self-service no segundo andar foi excelente! Usamos também o microondas para algumas refeições rápidas. A localização é ótima, você pode pegar o Street car na avenida em frente ou andar 15 minutos até o French Quarter. Farmácias e restaurantes a 10 minutos de caminhada. Ruas limpas, clima excelente. Quero voltar!!
