Overall and amazing stay and would recommend to friends
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the property was great

Cons:

The elevators were shaky to say the least and we went without water for about a couple hours while they fixed things

Très bien localisé.
Pros:

Très beau, chambre spacieuse aussi grande que certaine maison ! Chambre Lit King-Size Deluxe. Accueil facile génial. Mini frigo. Loin du centre des activités mais juste en retrait. Se marche bien à partir des activités principales. Le Tramway passe tout juste devant, c'est parfait. Coffre-fort.

Cons:

Aucun savon a main. Nous devions utiliser le savon pour le corp. Une seul petite bouteille pour une durée de 5 jours. Chambre fait uniquement après notre 2e nuit et la 4e nuit. Lit trop mou de chaque coté ( ce qui cause une bosse au centre). Piscine pas chauffé. Les personnes affecté par le ménage ne tient pas compte des gens qui dort. Dès 8:00, ils parlent fort, échappe leur balais par terre (Tout est en céramique alors le bruit devient écho).

Great hotel with lots of additional extras
Pros:

Super spacious room, the reception staff are really friendly and great location just off canal street. Fridge in the room is as a bonus as was the safety deposit box. Blackout curtains and ish charging points by the bed were a welcome addition. The coffee shop served great coffee and pastries and snacks

Decent stay for the money. Average quality.
Pros:

Decent location on Canal St. Liked hotel set-up with nice for center and pool.

Cons:

Furniture in 1bedroom suite needs upgrade. Housekeeping wasn’t best- vomit in neighboring hallway was never cleaned up.
Loud guests and elevator noise was annoying at night.
