Best hotel ever !

It was a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Pros:

I like the spacious room, cleanliness, staff very professional, knowledgeable. The location is nice. My main reason for staying at this hotel is because NO PETS ALLOWED. I don't want to stay in a room where a pet has been. This was a great stay for me and my family.

Amei a estadia!
Pros:

O quarto é gigante e o banheiro impecável!
Estávamos no meio da viagem, então a lavanderia self-service no segundo andar foi excelente! Usamos também o microondas para algumas refeições rápidas. A localização é ótima, você pode pegar o Street car na avenida em frente ou andar 15 minutos até o French Quarter. Farmácias e restaurantes a 10 minutos de caminhada. Ruas limpas, clima excelente. Quero voltar!!

The food in restaurant. The bar wasn't open on scheduled hours. There was not a smoking section on the rooftop.

Will probably pick a different hotel in the same area for my next stay.

Location of the hotel and the staff up front were nice.

Cons:

The towels felt used, the surfaces were not clean, the chairs had stains, and no hand soap for sink

Für 1-3 Tage würde ich im Nachhinein lieber woanders buchen

Sehr große Zimmer und Bäder , gute Betten leise Klimaanlage, Parkplatz gegenüber 20 Dollar pro Tag in Großstädten ein nicht zu unterschätzender Punkt .relativ preiswert

Cons:

Von 4 Fahrstühlen ging am Anreisetag nur einer , eine Zumutung bei der Größe des Hotels . Hotelpersonal drängelt sich vor den Gästen in den Fahrstuhl. Im Gym gibt es kein Wasser und keine Handtücher , Müll steht herum. Die Lage ist, wenn man alles zu Fuß erkunden will auch nicht 100 % man läuft schon ein Stück länger vor . Ich hatte das Hotel vor allem wegen dem Pool auf der Terrasse und mit der Bar gebucht. Die Realität wer ernüchternd . Vom Zimmer muss man erst in die Lobby , dann durch das ganze Hotel und mit einem anderen Fahrstuhl zum Dach . Der Pool oben lieblos keine Pflanzen keine Dusche keine Sonnenschirme , die Bar geschlossen und zugestellt. Da will man sich nicht aufhalten . Allg. hat man den Eindruck das keiner richtig Lust hast zu arbeiten oder das Management hat den Laden nicht griff. Schade !!

The location was great.

Cons:

The halls were disgusting and unkempt. The room had a terrible view, and the hotel was not crowded, so they could have given me a better room. The pool area looked abandoned. There is a bar area with one of the overhead lamps hanging by a wire on the bar top. Its a shame really.
