Out of sight, not out of mind.
Pros:

On the quiet side of Prescott right next to the main road, but close to city center. Easy access, clean, and comfortable spot to enjoy and relax after a day's adventure.

Enjoyed our stay and put it on the list for a return trip the next time we visit Prescott.
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and friendly accommodating our request for a first floor room, as we are an elderly couple and do not do well with stairs.

Cons:

Although the dining area concept was great (solarium like), it was crowded (literally elbow to elbow seating) at the time we went for the complimentary breakfast. The staff was having trouble refreshing the dishes and heating and cooking the available menu.

Front Desk staff very kind and accommodating, I don't recommend the breakfast.
Pros:

The room was just okay, we were assigned an ADA unit, so the set up was quite different than we are use to. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Breakfast, they ran out of potatoes and when we requested more, the person working the breakfast area was a bit rude and told us it would be at least 15 minutes before we could get more. Then the waffle batter ran out and again when we requested more, it would be another 15 minutes.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Could have been hotter. The staff was awesome! Location was great.

They kept knocking and yelling through the door

We like the location, it's peaceful and clean.

Cons:

The king size bed is not comfortable. I've got the king size bed twice in 2 of the 3 trips and each time our back and shoulders hurt. When we got the queen size beds we felt more rested. They should have a Do Not Disturb sign because we were woken up by Housekeeping knocking on the door.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

I loved that the property is pretty close to the downtown area. I'm very picky & really enjoyed our short stay at the property. The beds were comfortable & I loved that there were three mirrors in the room for my daughters & I to get ready. I also loved that they had specific wash clothes that were embroidered with "makeup". There were two sinks that seem to be updated & were also helpful with getting ready. The girl at check in was very kind & helpful!

Cons:

I didn't like the very small towels for taking a shower. They definitely need to update with bigger towels to accommodate all people & they weren't very soft at all. It barely fit around my 9yr old daughter. That said I was given extra towels which helped. The bathroom area is very tight with the tub & toilet being in very close proximity to the door. It was doable but hardly left any room. These were very small complaints.
