Pros:

La struttura era in una posizione comoda per quello che dovevamo fare noi, pulita. Lo staff molto gentile e dà anche la possibilità di tenere i bagagli; la metto è sotto l’hotel e in 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro

Bardzo funkcjonalny hotel typu B&B, idealny na zwiedzanie Rzymu. Pokoje są czyste, przestronne i wygodne – nasz trzyosobowy pokój z tarasem sprawdził się doskonale. Śniadania są proste, ale smaczne i w zupełności wystarczające na dobry początek dnia. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – stacja metra znajduje się dosłownie kilka kroków od hotelu, dzięki czemu do centrum można dojechać w około 15 minut. Personel jest bardzo pomocny i życzliwy, a w okolicy znajdują się sklepy i supermarkety. Świetny wybór dla osób, które chcą wygodnie zwiedzać Rzym w rozsądnej cenie.

the matresses are comofrtable and the breakfast is definitely worth your money.

Cons:

My experience at this B&B was far below expectations. The bathroom had a persistent mold smell due to poorly maintained drains, and staff showed little interest in addressing it. Consequently my sleep was ruined and my clothes were stinking. The Pietralata location is neglected, with garbage often left near the entrance and visible dust throughout the common areas. Overall, the hotel’s upkeep and service quality do not justify the price.

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

However cleaner visit our room everyday, lots of details (ex. socket or shower tray) were really old and dirty. Also soundproof was really poor.

Ubytovani blizko metra a marketu, skvele bohate snidane.

Snidane byly bohuzel vetsinou doplnovany az na vyzadani - chybejici nadobi, napln kavovaru nebo nealka, a pouzite nadobi bylo ponechane neuklizene na stolech.

Pros:

Camera pulita con tutto l'essenziale. Carino il terrazzino con sedie e tavolino. Colazione ottima e facilmente accessibile. Stazione della Metro praticamente sotto la struttura! (infatti quando passa il terno si sentono le vibrazioni ;) )

Cons:

L'unico appunto è il montaggio sbagliato del bidet, così attaccato al muro laterale che è impossibile sedersi a cavalcioni anche se si hanno delle gambe minuscole. Eppure il posto per un montaggio corretto di sarebbe stato!

В цілому враховуючи ціна/якісь, сніданок і близкість до метро - рекомендую
Pros:

Дійсно дуже поруч з метро і прямою гілкою на вокзал/в центр, є можливість придбати багато речей першої необхідності у лоббі (з 7 до 23), сніданок не дуже різноманітний але достатній, супермаркет поруч

Cons:

Район нажаль не з тих що викликає відчуття безпеки, особливо ввечері, відсутність води в номері.
