Fabulous friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous styled interior
Pros:

Friendliness of staff and styling of decor

Cons:

A bit tired in places …. Flaking paint and scuffed
Large TV in bar not to my taste but I’m sure it is other people’s

Pros:

Spacious room and brilliant location.

Cons:

Room was a bit scuffed in places, looked like it needed touching up with some fresh paint.

The car park opposite had an alarm going off for 2 hours straight late at night but this was obviously out of their control and staff kept me updated when I called reception.

Pros:

location was as expected. Good for what we wanted

Cons:

the toilet seat was broken and the bath didn't look very clean. As for the cost, we booked it because it was £100, centrally located and had parking. My mistake not to see the VAT, but somehat devious to say parking available but not make it clear that it's another £20. so we paid £140 in the end.

Ok hotel in a good location
Pros:

The location was excellent and close to all amenities

Cons:

The hotel was tired and needed some work. The mattress topper on the bed was old and bobbly so uncomfortable to sleep on. It was noisy at night due to thin walls. There was no conditioner in the bathrooms and there was a charge of £5 to store your luggage for the day which seemed a lot.
