Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Easy to check in and out.

Cons:

Couldn't get the t.v to work. The shower only seemed to go to a certain temperature that was adequate but not particularly warm. The lid of the kettle was loose.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is good. Have stayed here on 4 occasions

Cons:

The room was very small with poor tv signal,
The door lock to toilet was broken
Bad staining on the carpet and paintwork
Insufficient space for a double bed as pushed up against the wall so no bedside table
Red dead spider in bed when duvet turned back
No plug for wash basin
Shower curtain was dirty and very creased
Bath had brown marks in it
Bathroom mirror stained

'Skip the Clean'

Cons:

Disgusting dirty rooms full of mould and sheets mattresses heavily stained thick dust on every surface. The shower tray was very dirty and ironically the hotel has signs everywhere saying 'skip the clean' they could at least clean the rooms between guests. Do not stay if you have asthma or allergies.

Dreadful
Pros:

Dreadful experience. We stayed with friends travelling from Canada and I was ashamed that I had recommended this place. We stayed one night and they stayed for 2 and even though they were given a better room for their 2nd night, they had also paid 3 times as much so they weren't exactly thrilled. They tried to cancel but were told no because they paid a non refundable rate. You would think the manager would be horrified but there was a distinct lack of interest. I would have expected them to throw in a free breakfast or a complimentary drink at the bar but there was nothing. Obviously there was an opportunity for the hotel to redeem themselves but they chose not to. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend to anyone I know. Awful experience. Unclean rooms.

Paid for twin bed got double bed. Comfy but tired looking room

I booked a twin room for my son and myself - when we arrived found twin room had gone and only double bed available

Pros:

Position of hotel.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

You could tell immediately that the hotel had been taken over since my last visit 12 month previously.
Reception was not friendly and given an extremely tired and tatty room.
Shower curtain hanging off. Sink and bath damaged. Room was obviously used as a single too.
Only one cup/ glass etc.
Receptionist was interested in our comments.
All prices were higher. Staff mostly ok by everything was a chore.

Pros:

Everything was great, staff really helpful and friendly (especially the young man from bookings who was covering on the front desk and the night security woman). Room very clean and comfortable, excellent location and parking was available.

Pros:

Clean and good location

Cons:

The room was considerably smaller than advertised. Room had aircon but was too noisy to keep on at night and room was boiling hot without it
