Freundlich aber den Preis nicht wert.
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, Parkplatz vorhanden auch wenn er extra kostet und sehr eng ist.
Das Frühstück war gut aber an Auswahl überschaubar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad hat eine 70-er Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Es ist fast unmöglich zu duschen und nicht daran anzukommen…. ich will das nicht. Für soetwas gibt es Lösungen, wie zB ausladende Duschstangen, die mehr Platz verschaffen, der Austausch kostet quasi nichts. Das Waschbecken im Bad hat die Größe eines besseren Handwaschbeckens mit zwei getrennten Wasserhähnen. Auch nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Die Lüdtung im Bad hatte keine Funktion. Für mich ist diese Leistung auf keinen Fall knapp 300€ + 19€ für das Parken die Nacht wert.

La posizione

Ho lavorato tantissimi anni fa in questo hotel e volevo provarlo come ospite, non è andata come immaginavo. La camera assegnata era piccola, molto piccola, non c’era lo spazio per mettere il mio zaino. Lo staff è praticamente inesistente, una volta data la chiave non mi è stato assolutamente spiegato nulla, né dove si trovasse, né cosa fosse incluso, i servizi offerti a pagamento etc, le regole base dell’ospitalità. La ragazza al check out sembrava l’avessero obbligata a stare lì, le ho fatto presente che usb e aria condizionata non funzionavano, non ha assolutamente detto nulla, nessun sorriso neanche forzato. Il customer care è davvero scadente ed è un peccato perché l’hotel è davvero bello!

This was a very disappointing stay stay and

The staff at reception were very polite and friendly, the location of the hotel is excellent.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, however this time we had a tiny room which didn't even have a chair. The shower was cold each time we used it, we were advised there was an issue with this throughout the hotel. The hotel has gone downhill since we stayed last year. When we arrived we noticed there were glasses, plates and bottles along the corridor which people had put outside their rooms, when we checked out the next day they were still there.

Overall great value comfortable accommodation, with great location in Bristol city centre 🤩

Alter Charme mit neuen Farben
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Wege innerhalb der Altstadt. Das Doppelzimmer war groß und es war auch relativ ruhig, hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite raus. Einladende Rezeption und leckeres indisches Restaurant.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es schon ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden und alles war mit Teppich ausgelegt, der auch schon länger da ist.

Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Corridors and stairways well-kept and nicely decorated. Building looks impressive from outside. Comfortable chairs and tables in downstairs bar.

Cons:

Didn't like the view from our window into the scruffy rear of the hotel, populated by noisy gulls. Room was provided with cheap toiletries and the world's thinnest toilet tissues. Only one (upholstered in plastic) seat provided. Main light looked like it came from an air raid shelter. No decaf tea in room. Not much choice of beers in bar.

Excellent location, easy parking

Cons:

Wasn't a double bed, but two single mattresses poorly zipped together, spring popping through.Such poor quality...photos with this review.
