仕事で滞在しました。部屋は清潔で、バルコニーから見る街の夜景は美しかったです。コストパフォーマンスのいいホテルだとは思います。朝食は隣のホテルに移動しなければならないらしく、利用しませんでした。シャワーはお湯が出ません。洗面台の水は、茶色く濁っている時がありましたので注意が必要です。Receptionに、お湯が出ないことを伝えたら、苦笑いしただけで残念でした。

Very nice hotel, in a creative arts are. A unique type of building, quite comfortable

When i booked i requested airport pick-up which they offer, and early check in, same info box on expedia. 48 hours in advance which is double what they request.. no response, so i sent a note reminding them via expedia. After 43 hours of travel, alone and with 3 bags they weren't there. I spent an hour looking for my sign while being surrounded by everyone asking to take me there. So i picked a van, he huddled with about a dozen guys and a tuk tuk took me. He insisted i get a phone sim right away, though i said no many times.5 minutes only. Hell ensued while i was yelled at by a shop owner demanding $, and other weird behavior. I just wanted to go to the hotel. When i finally got there they were aware of my early check in and i inquired about the shuttle. A very rude man just blew off the receptionist with no explanation. She said he didn't feel like it. But the early check in was ready and she knew about the shuttle request. A really bad and stressful start for no good reason. If you must stay here stay at the okay boutique around the corner. Nice staff and food. The alleyway is filled with tuk tuk drivers that will badger you incessantly so be prepared. No isn3enough.

Entering the lobby to the room was very beautiful! My stay was quite prefect.

Excellent property. Great view from the balcony. Very good staff, excellent breakfast spread. The hotel is run very professionally, at least once a day you will get a call from reception checking on everything. Kudos to the staff.

Better stay next hotel

Its OK hotel for the price you pay with a great location. Large and clean room for four person.
Breakfast was ok but not more then that.
Used their laundry service and it wasn´t any good experience. Some of our clothes were still dirty after cleaning and they still charged us.

Lage gut. Internet top. Dusche top.
Restaurant miserabel. Lässt sich aber vermeiden.
Lichtschalter in 3-er Zimmer mittig hinter dem nicht verrückbaren Bett. Keine Möglichkeit ohne aufzustehen irgendeine Lichtquelle zu aktivieren.
Swimmingpool am Dach ist eher eine größere Badewanne.

Average reception.No one helped with luggage or show me the room. ( 20 pm)
Main room/ lobby in total darkness.
Was told on arrival: no breakfast tomorrow as facility closed( had to go round the corner to sister hotel.
Room by the lift so quite noisy ( loud speaking by local/staff?) all the time.
Bed was comfy & room clean.
Lack of curtains on balcony doors so very bright light very early morning.
Breakfast was very plain.

Good location. Cheap price. Great reception staff.
Towels and sheets should be changed, they were used and washed too many times.
Now the reason why I will not stay there again. The hotel is at the end of a small deadend street and everytime you go out and come back in, half a dozen of hotel’s tuk drivers aggressively offer their service, of course at 2 or 3 times regular metered taxi prices... I use PassApp in PP so I declined, one of them called me « mean » in Khmer. That made my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable... and we felt uneasy to call a tuk tuk with the App to pick us up. Never again.

This hotel was in a good location, walkable distance to food/markets etc. The room was lovely and clean. The staff whilst friendly did not speak English very well which made it a little hard to communicate and ask for recommendations
