Great location! Good service and nice rooms

Just booked 2 nights, sitting here 4 am with loud machine drilling from factory next to open plan reception. Asked receptionist who said factory operates every night, then charged 2 dollars for some water! Will try to get a refund tomorrow and find somewhere can catch up with sleep

Not at all what we expected. The restaurant is around the corner and in the other Boutique hotel. For breakfast we would have to go there. The pool was lovely but if we wanted a drink there was no bar (it had to be brought over) Balcony of sorts, the room was lovely but no hot water for showers. Would give it a miss next time in PP

Loved the hotel! Loved the interior, their amazing restaurant, the pool, loved it all! Walked everywhere

仕事で滞在しました。部屋は清潔で、バルコニーから見る街の夜景は美しかったです。コストパフォーマンスのいいホテルだとは思います。朝食は隣のホテルに移動しなければならないらしく、利用しませんでした。シャワーはお湯が出ません。洗面台の水は、茶色く濁っている時がありましたので注意が必要です。Receptionに、お湯が出ないことを伝えたら、苦笑いしただけで残念でした。

Very nice hotel, in a creative arts are. A unique type of building, quite comfortable

When i booked i requested airport pick-up which they offer, and early check in, same info box on expedia. 48 hours in advance which is double what they request.. no response, so i sent a note reminding them via expedia. After 43 hours of travel, alone and with 3 bags they weren't there. I spent an hour looking for my sign while being surrounded by everyone asking to take me there. So i picked a van, he huddled with about a dozen guys and a tuk tuk took me. He insisted i get a phone sim right away, though i said no many times.5 minutes only. Hell ensued while i was yelled at by a shop owner demanding $, and other weird behavior. I just wanted to go to the hotel. When i finally got there they were aware of my early check in and i inquired about the shuttle. A very rude man just blew off the receptionist with no explanation. She said he didn't feel like it. But the early check in was ready and she knew about the shuttle request. A really bad and stressful start for no good reason. If you must stay here stay at the okay boutique around the corner. Nice staff and food. The alleyway is filled with tuk tuk drivers that will badger you incessantly so be prepared. No isn3enough.

Entering the lobby to the room was very beautiful! My stay was quite prefect.

Whilst the location was good, not much else about this hotel was. Restaurant closed so you had to walk around the corner to the sister hotel which was ok. No pool towels available at the pool nor any night lights in the pool area. We asked for a glass of ice and was basically told that the hotel does not have any ice (nor supposedly does the sister hotel which has a fully functioning bar) and that we would have to buy our own from the little shop on the corner. Rooms were not cleaned nor fresh towels in the 4 nights that we were there. Tuk tuk drivers affiliated with the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Excellent property. Great view from the balcony. Very good staff, excellent breakfast spread. The hotel is run very professionally, at least once a day you will get a call from reception checking on everything. Kudos to the staff.

A very strange looking hotel in my opinion. It is heavily decorated with caved wood everywhere and that makes the lobby especially rather dark and unwelcome. I can’t help but think how many acres of wood had been destroyed for this. Reception staff are not at all friendly they don’t even look up to see who come in or out. Buffet Breakfast is at its sister Okay Boutique hotel a few metres away which is not a problem for us. Breakfast can be chaotic and messy sometime. Not a lot of choices and you might find empty trays if you come a bit late. The room itself is large and comfortable. Air conditioner and shower work well. We stayed on 8 floor and had a very good view of National museum and the Royal Palace. Hotel is walking distance to lively river front and other attractions of the city. We had a very comfortable one week stay there.
I only wish the hotel wouldn’t allow guests to bring in prostitute as there were families with young children stay there too.

Nice enough Hotel from the outside nice decor.
A couple of the staff were not very polite.
If you offer room service it should be added to your room bill like every other hotel. They will call and demand payment. For a 4 star hotel this is rude and unprofessional

Rooms were not cleaned even when I personal asked for both the rooms that I booked to be cleaned and water replenished

I was so surprised seeing their wooden stuff in the Lobby. A large collection of a style. Room is huge with a balcony. Good shower room with nice shower heads spraying in many directions if I like. Buffet breakfast was quite good for the price and we ate near the outdoor pool. Great view from breakfast restaurant. I booked and paid with trip.com
