A recepção em todos os horários sempre atenciosos, educados.

Cons:

O café da manhã, ficou a desejar(pão francês duro, bolo seco). O quarto embaixo da cama estava sujo, tanto que quando a cama deslizou para um lado, observei que haviam unhas, o interruptor com poeira.

Staff atencioso, educado e prestativo. Nota 10.

Apartamento necessitando de alguma manutenção: abajur quebrado, cama com lençol amarrotado e com furo, cortina blackout com diversos furos.
Poucas tomadas disponíveis no apartamento.
Barulho externo de motos e pessoas na madrugada. Necessitaria de isolamento acústico.

Fui extremamente bem atendida pela recepcionista da noite, que foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Inclusive, ela teve a gentileza de me emprestar uma escova de cabelo pessoal, pois eu havia esquecido a minha e o hostel não disponibilizava — um gesto simples, mas que fez toda a diferença.
