Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

They didn’t have a general laundry service. After being stuck in a rainstorm we were just trying to get our clothes cleaned and dried because we were traveling the next day. Unfortunately they did not have a wash and fold option and we paid for dry cleaning.

Great location
Pros:

The Concordia's location, one short block to St. Mark's Basilica, is fantastic. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful.

Cons:

One has to climb several marble steps (some without a railing) to reach reception and the elevator. There was oise from an alley our room overlooked.

wir haben nach Buchungskomplikationen mit Booking com unkompliziert ein zusätzliches Zimmer am 8.10. erhalten, waren von der Qualität des Raumes aber entäuscht. deutlich weniger geplegt. Lichter die nicht funktionieren. Preis-Leistung hat für mich da nicht. Zimmernummer 102

Nice hotel. Great location. Triple check your booking otherwise you will be tuck sharing a bed with someone.

I requested a two beds in my room. They emailed me confirming they can accommodate my request however they did not provide. I only had one bed for me and my friend. I wish they would have told me in advance so I could have found another place to stay.

The terrace room is an excellent way to enjoy San Marco
Pros:

We got the room with the terrace overlooking San Marco and it was wonderful. It was a spacious room with an upstairs outdoor terrace - perfect for having sunset drinks or breakfast coffee on - a nice way to enjoy San Marco without the chaos that goes along with it.

Cons:

Having to lug bags from the vaporetto stop, to the hotel and then upstairs to a first floor check-in.

Excellent location easy to access water taxis, management, staff, rooms and breakfast wonderful.-
Pros:

The staff was attentive and gave "extra" details on the hotel amenities, including a wonderful private water taxi and tour of Murano provided by the hotel. The manager took exceptional care to welcome us. The two room suite was well appointed with modrern bathrrooms. A very good value-

Cons:

Entry stairs a little difficult to maneuver with luggage - but once staff saw us coming they helped. The rest of the time, staff was available to move luggage in and out of room.
