Excellent place to spend our anniversary.
Pros:

Staff, location, authenticity, concierge, bar tender. Everything was great.
Location is especially great if you want to be in that part of Venice, with instant access to everything you need regarding attractions, food, souvenirs, shopping.
Very easy to find your way back to without using a map, after wandering around the rest of Venice.

Cons:

Would have liked a room with a view, but we were out most of the time so was not an issue.

The sound system in bar/lounge/breakfast area is terrible and distorted to the point of being painful torture even at low background volume level. Please please please have this looked at or replaced.

A very efficient spot to spend your stay in Venice.
Pros:

The location is perfect, near to the historic San Marco Square.

The hospitality of the hotel personnel was excellent, they were exceptionally helpful.

Absolute gem in the heart of Venice.
Pros:

The hotel is an absolute gem and it should be featured as a 5 star boutique hotel due to its historic location, traditional construction, perfect maintenance and decorative prowess. We arrived before check in time due to a very early flight and we were enormously grateful to be awarded an early check in and a lounge area to wait.
Our room was spacious, with plentiful character and old era features, spotlessly clean with twice a day room maintenance. Breakfast was variable and beautifully presented and WiFi access was great.
The location of the hotel literally next to St Marks Basilica and the numerous shops in the narrow streets around it was an excellent starting point for numerous daily excursions with frequent intervals of rest in our room. Bonus for easy access is the lift to the rooms which is so hard to find in traditional hotels in the area.
Would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

Camera confortevole e grande

Cons:

La colazione è sufficiente ma se si vuole un caffè o un cappuccino bisogna pagare.
In camera appena arrivati abbiamo trovato degli snack.Sinceramente per tutta la nostra permanenza abbiamo creduto fossero degli omaggi di benvenuto e abbiamo pensato di non consumarli e di portarli via il giorno della nostra partenza.
Pagata la tassa di soggiorno la signorina ci dice che avendo consumato gli snack che avevamo in camera, dovevamo pagarli...Allora per una questione di principio, visto che non li avevamo richiesti, li abbiamo restituiti...Questa cosa decisamente imbarazzante sinceramente non ci è piaciuta per nulla...

Pros:

Сніданок з видом на Базіліку, персонал чудовий.

Cons:

Для такого рівня отелю там завищена вартість. Кімната дуже мала, якісь саморобні шафи, типу ретро але так собі. Праску не дали, видали парогенератор котрий не гладить особливо. Під вікном з самого ранку будуть таскати якісь стільці та столи, тупо тягти по брущадці.
