Good proximity to train and ferry stop , easy to find handle location. Hotels ok clean, but old and dated and beds not veri comfortable but ok, breakfast food normal best part is balcony on the canal which is lovely.

Room was great with straightening irons , water , large bath , yoga mat etc. We had a family superior . We were so lucky it was available when we arrived at lunch time. Very grateful. Loved sitting in the armchair by the view.

Was served what was supposed to be a ceaser salad the chicken was tried out rubber. They refused to comp or change the meal.

I stayed for 3 nights. On the first day, there was a strong sewer smell in the room that made it difficult to sleep. I reported it, and while the issue was initially addressed, the smell returned on the third night and was even worse — I couldn’t sleep at all. The staff’s response was disappointing; instead of being understanding, they were dismissive and rude. For the amount I paid, I could have booked a much better property.
It’s very pretty when you walk in however the bathroom wasn’t clean and the wear on the shower floor is horrible. For the amount of money that you pay and their advertisement of a four-star hotel doesn’t even come close. The staff was super nice and helpful so that is not a reflection of them.
Good location. Few minutes walk from Venezia Saint Lucia Station and Ferrovia water bus stop. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

This hotel was fantastic. My wife and I visited Venice for our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it. The AC was great, amenities, customer service, and food. Highly recommend

I got a deluxe room for comfort and roominess when we got there they put us in the smallest room that was worn down and it made me feel closed in, when I went back to checkin they told me that the room I booked was what I got, when I showed them my email confirmation and the picture it showed of the room they said that the website has the wrong picture up for what I booked expecting me to stay quite, after letting them know that I wasn't happy at all they offered to put me in an upgraded room but with no view because they said in that category room they don't have available at the time, so we accepted it, but it was also worn down less than the other one, the air-condition took forever to cool the room, there were stairs to the sleep area and closet, the safe didn't work, ants in the room. For the total amount of money I paid I was overcharged by $250/night this is more like if I paid for $135/night room.
Location was great. Close to the train station and water transport. Close to the bus drop off from the airport. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Small elevator.
