Pleasant Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Clean, pleasant staff, Starbucks and restaurant close

Cons:

Paying for parking, not having real cream for coffee in room (only had powdered), microwave would have been nice

Good, but missing few key items to be perfect.
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, warm, good location near Avalon.
Rooms are good and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking - charging daily for parking at a hotel of this standards and is outrageous.
Breakfast - they charge extra for this as well, we were very surprised it’s not included. It’s a good thing Starbucks is near by.
Shower - tub facet was leaking, so the water flow from above was weak, they couldn’t fix it - even after saying they did, overall shower is good but it could have been great if that was to be fixed properly.

Really liked the friendly staff, exercise gear in the room, cleanliness, good bed & free wifi.
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit spendy for the offering. Most hotels of this type offer a complimenary breakfast.

Loved the bathroom and shower. Beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The location was great for our travel reason. For some reason, the restaurant was closed so we had to order pizza because we didn’t want to go back out. Not sure why the restaurant was closed at 6pm

Cons:

Restaurant wasn’t open for dinner
