A Strange Hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The whole place was just odd. There was a strange exercise pole in the room, and something that looked like an empty poster frame on the wall. Only one chair. It had a large walk-in shower but no way to turn off the overhead rain shower head and just use the hand shower head. The ice marker on our floor was broken. The hotel lobby did not have complimentary coffee, something you would expect in even the most low-cost hotel. It costs $3.00 per serving, no breakfast included, and they even charge for single-serve cereal boxes. The first luggage cart we tried to use had locked-up wheels.

The perfect stay!
Pros:

The room had 2 queen beds and was very spacious. I was able to fit my mobility scooter in the room without any issues. The pre-online checkin made check in super simple. The ice machine was able to fill water bottle with ice and water. The tv allowed you to stream from any service. The room was very clean. I loved the walk in rain shower. Also, there are electrical outlets be usb plugs all over the room. We were all able to charge all of our devices.

Great combo of comfort and service!
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Nice clean and comfortable room.
A special shoutout to Bonnie at the breakfast counter who went above and beyond and got each morning of our stay off to a great start!

Expecting guests to pay for breakfast that was more than 15 minutes late of being open and having the hotel employee making it seem as if we were wrong for expecting the service as advertised.

Last stay there because I won’t pay to park my own car in an ungated, unsecure lot right next to hotel.
Pros:

Location is good. Hotel is clean.

Cons:

Self-parking is $12. IHG app says self park. Had not paid on previous visits. Told it is because people park there for amphitheater. Why charge your guest for no valet, not gated self parking to customers for what others are doing? Two sign there but not obvious to those attempting to use hotel as parking for an event. Hotel customers punished not folks parking there as non-guest. So won’t stay there any more. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express one exit down and get free breakfast. I travel there regularly but bye-bye Even hotel. Not paying $12 to park my own car in your lot. You penalize your customers not violators. Just won’t stand for that BS!
