The location and the customer service was excellent
My bathroom in room 328 smell like backed up sewage.
We were awakened at 1 amby our next door neighbors’ thumping rave music and loud sexual noise. When I called the front desk the first two times, the young woman promised to ask them to lower the volume of the music. On my third call, she informed me that she was actually the only employee on the premises and there was no security presence, so she was powerless to deal with any customer issues.
The next morning, while we were changing rooms to avoid a second night of noise, we witnessed our next-door neighbors checking out with professional video and audio equipment. All signs point to them filming adult content in the room next to us. The front desk comped me two nights of parking and gave us a bag of pretzels and an apple juice for our trouble.
One question - why do we have to pay $12/night to park in the hotel’s own lot? Which is not guarded or gated and, we now know, has no security presence?
Be aware that if you stay here and have an issue with another guest, no one will help you.

The floors in my room were sticky and the water didn’t get as hot as I wanted.
Perfect location. Close to everything and a very walkable area. The staff were kind and friendly. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice, family oriented hotel to come stay here. Great for business travelers as well.

I like the bed.
The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of television stations on the tv. I booked the room to watch FIFA but the tv did not have the local station on Fox tv. That was disappointing for sure.
Had a great time staying there last weekend. Upon returning home I realized I left a shirt hanging up. Vinson Bartley was super helpful and is shipping my shirt to me. Very much appreciate how much of a help he was and how easy it was to remedy the situation.
The bed was comfortable.
The whole place was just odd. There was a strange exercise pole in the room, and something that looked like an empty poster frame on the wall. Only one chair. It had a large walk-in shower but no way to turn off the overhead rain shower head and just use the hand shower head. The ice marker on our floor was broken. The hotel lobby did not have complimentary coffee, something you would expect in even the most low-cost hotel. It costs $3.00 per serving, no breakfast included, and they even charge for single-serve cereal boxes. The first luggage cart we tried to use had locked-up wheels.
