Staff lovely, hotel depressing
Pros:

The staff , all very friendly . The location is good for the airport if you have an early flight.

Cons:

The decor and layout make it a really miserable hotel. It looks like someone last spent some money on it back in the 1970s. A very depressing experience even for an airport hotel

Disappointed with Hilton in letting the hotel come to this condition
Pros:

The staff only

Cons:

The hotel was very rundown, and dirty. 9th floor rooms were so hot. We could not stay on that floor. Moved to the 8th floor where it was cooler though still needed a box fan. Both rooms were very dusty. Mini fridges in both rooms does not even keep water cold.
Also found sex toys and parts of needles in the pool area. Reported the findings to hotel staff.
Only one elevator worked. Staff say the other elevator has not worked in a long time. I even multiple times told staff the hotel was rundown.
Had a big storm while we were there and they had to close the night time restaurant as the roof leaked and dumped a lot of water in the center of the dining area.
Only Kerry one of the bartenders knew how to make drinks or know their stock.
Lastly they were short on food off the menu more than once told something did not come on the delivery truck. Both breakfast and dinner
