We’ve always had a great experience at DoubleTree—they truly make us feel at home every time. Yesmin is an amazing server at this location and always takes great care of us. Highly recommend!

It was a comfortable stay

Jenny was amazing tonight. She went above and beyond to take care of us and made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness really stood out. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve had — I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Jenny took great care of me and my friends at the resteraunt and we felt very welcomed! I never write these reviews but I asked Jenny how I could make sure she's acknowledged, I hope everyone goes to show her some love.

I stay here often and Jenny in the bar is always incredible. It makes me look forward to staying by the airport for once.

Ms. Renea was super attentive and helpful with check in , she helped me prior on the phone before i even came in because i wanted to confirm my reservation.

We came very early for checkin and Renea helped us geo much. Then allowed us to leave out suitcases while we went out for brunch and waited for our rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with her. ;)

Ms.Renea was extremely helpful and made our stay as smooth as possible.

My stay at the DoubleTree was very good. The staff member Renea checked us in. She was sooo nice, very friendly. She directed my wife and I to our room, the restaurant, the swimming pool and the workout room. She also introduced us to those DoubleTree Cookies. Those Cookies are the best. We will be visiting Houston again soon, and the DoubleTree will be our home away from home. I hope Renea will still be around.

I had an extended stay at the DoubleTree Houston Airport during a very demanding training period, and I can genuinely say the staff made a huge difference in my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and consistently present. It is clear that customer service is a priority at this location.

I want to give special recognition to Renea, who went above and beyond in every way. There was an issue where housekeeping accidentally removed my personal pillow and pillowcase, and Renea handled the situation with care, urgency, and kindness. She made sure I was taken care of immediately and continued to check in on me throughout my stay. Whether I needed bottled water, fresh towels, toiletries, or anything else, she was always proactive and incredibly warm. Her friendliness never felt forced. It felt genuine, and that made a stressful time much easier. Employees like Renea are the reason guests return.

Beyond that, the entire front desk and support staff were helpful, attentive, and consistently pleasant. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The common areas are in great condition, and it always felt safe and orderly.

I also want to highlight the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the waitstaff provided great service every time I dined there. It was convenient to have quality meals available without needing to leave the property, especially during a busy schedule.

Overall, this was a very positive stay. The combination of a well-kept property and a genuinely caring staff made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you again to Renea for her exceptional hospitality.
