Pros:

When checking out Anthony became angered by my questioning the payment method. Pre booked on Bookings.com. He started yelling and became enraged and would not listen to my explanation. Poor listener and a very poor communicator. He spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience.

Pros:

The hotel is located close to the airport and the main highway 202. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and equipped with all the most important amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and easygoing. Breakfast was delicious (I especially loved their cinnamon rolls!). The parking lot is free for guests, and the staff allowed me to leave my car for a bit longer after my stay. They also stored my luggage without any additional fees.
