Comfortable and pleasant hotel
Pros:

Although I stayed only for a night, my time at Holiday Inn Express & Suites was perfect. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the staff were friendly and offered a free shuttle service from/to the airport. The breakfast was good and I would highly recommend it!

Pros:

I like that my hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. The hotel definitely met my expectations. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

When the AC turned on it gave a very odd smell. Idk what that’s about. But it’s room 429. Please inspect it!

Would look for alternative next time
Pros:

Close by airport, swift checkin, upgraded

Cons:

Shuttle took forever. Banging noise all night next to room 211. Cost seemed high for this type of hotel.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Service, room, cleanliness and breakfast was great!

Cons:

The only issue we had when checking out they asked if I wanted a receipt which I said yes. When I got home and looked at it they gave me someone else’s receipt. Same room number but one floor off.
