Property and location were awesome
Pros:

Near the airport, but not so close that your sleep was interrupted by airport noise. Very large room, large mini fridge (like" jumbo shrimp", right?), near the university (if you're meeting family who are students there), convenient restaurants, gas, etc. Expected Holiday Inn breakfast.... yum!

Cons:

Phoenix heat; otherwise, the property was awesome.

Helpful staff
Pros:

Location was great. Only 10 minutes from the airport. The staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Had an early morning flight so did not eat breakfast but there was coffee ready at 2:45 a.m.
