An sich ist das Haus sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Ausreichende Parkplätze stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls schön groß und nett von der Aufteilung.

Cons:

Leider waren wir schockiert über den Hygiene Zustand… wir öffnetet die Tür und der Boden war voller Flusen, Chips Krümmel und Wollmäuse, das Badezimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehme Geruch, sodass selbst unsere 6 jährige den Zutritt verweigert hat… Gott sei Dank gab es einen Drogeriemarkt in der Nähe; sodass ich selbst das Bad, alle Türklinken und Lichtschalter gereinigt habe. Ich habe nach dem Check-In sofort eine Nachricht über booking an das Hotel gesendet (Samstag Nachmittag), jedoch erst am Montag eine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Ich habe darauf hin einige Bilder per eMail an das Hotel gesendet, es wurde sich für den Zustand entschuldigt und uns aus KULANZ ein 10% für eine KÜNFTIGE Buchung angeboten. NEIN, danke. Meines Erachtens wurde die Dienstleistung, die wir für 169€ (für eine Nacht) gebucht haben, nicht erfüllt und ich hätte eine Teil-Rückerstattung erwartet. Angeblich wäre dies nicht möglich… akzeptiere ich nun so.
