For someone who has traveled most of my life. I would give this experience a 7 out of 10.
Pros:

The atmosphere was pleasant. Staff was friendly and inviting.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be better. One of my glass cups had a white pasty residue. I made sure to tell the front desk. They apologized and thaked me for letting them know. I was not pleased and not a great first impression to say the least.

Very clean and friendly place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! A wide variety of dishes and the option to get an omelette.
Some of the little things I liked was the bar in the shower. The night light in the bathroom. Space to put my stuff under the sink. A place to put my soap. And a microwave and refrigerator. I also appreciate the complimentary ride to the airport.

Cons:

I would’ve like to see more channels available.

Overall, the room was nice but due to the unpleasant misunderstanding at checkout, not the best.
Pros:

I enjoyed the room and felt as though the beds were comfortable. The design of the room was also really nice. The air conditioning unit was amazing.

Cons:

I'm unsure how to feel about the staff. Check out was at noon, and people began to knock on our door around 10 am. At first, we thought it was housekeeping until they continued knocking every 15 minutes. They even called our room when I finally opened the door; they informed us that we were overstaying our welcome and that we had already checked out. Apparently, a staff member "accidentally" checked us out without our knowledge. Needless to say, it was a very unpleasant experience.

When I checked into my first room it smelled so bad like cigarette smoke that I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. They did get me a new room which was much better. When I took a shower the next morning there were no towels in the room. I had to dry off with the only hand towel that was in the bathroom. Not good.

The first room was very nice but we requested a change because there was a water leak and the bathroom sink are floor was flooded, the room th then but us in was a downgrade from the one we were in
