Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. We had booked a suite, but the room felt quite small. There was limited space for hanging wet towels, and the wooden sink design made it difficult to wash without water splashing everywhere. The shower was right next to the bed with no place to hang towels, and the wardrobe was quite small for two people.
We also noticed that the bathroom amenities were not refilled daily, which was inconvenient.
The outdoor pool was located at another property, which we didn’t mind, but unfortunately when we visited there was a photoshoot taking place with photographers and models as there was no warning from hotel or the pool staff. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities.
Overall, while the hotel was okay, these issues meant the experience wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped, so we wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Wonderful hotel in santo Antonio
Sadly there was no wifi or television during our stay, apart from the first few hours.
This has been an ongoing issue at this hotel apparently which they can’t seem to rectify.
We had to check out 2 nights early as we had so much work we needed to do and without wifi it was impossible. I haven’t heard back from the hotel about a reimbursement for this yet either.
This property is amazing, it feels like home, and the staff is lovely and very helpful. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you for having us, Bordoy Grand House Algarve.

Fabulous property and wonderful helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed as is everything you’d except from a chateaux & relais property. We would definitely return. The only downside was that the hotel was not serving dinner in the lovely dining room. However they did serve snacks and had a full bar.
Everything about this experience was fantastic. The hotel was amazing and the staff were great. Couldn’t recommend it more!

This hotel was amazing . The staff and service was excellent . It was super cute with old world charm . We loved everything about this place . It has its own private beach club which was fantastic . We would highly recommended putting this hotel on your itinerary.
