No Water! Could Not Use Toilet, Shower, or Sink.

The strong smell of curry from the restaurant below.

Cons:

I stayed at the Three Falcons Hotel in early October 2025, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Every night of my stay, from around 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., the hotel completely shut off all running water. This meant no toilet, sink, or shower use during normal evening and morning hours.

I reported the issue to the front desk on the first night, and staff confirmed that the entire property was without water overnight for the duration of my stay. The only “solution” offered was bottled water. I also contacted Booking.com during my stay, but no relocation or refund was provided.

Having no access to running water made the room unfit for use and far below the standard expected for any paid accommodation. Guests should be informed of such outages before booking, or offered alternative arrangements.

I would not recommend this property as they cannot guarantee basic utilities are consistently available and did nothing to remedy the situation.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel itself was fine, quiet room, good shower, friendly staff, nice location, and good bar/breakfast.

Was a bit surprised at receiving a text a few hours ahead of our visit that the hotel was cancelling due to “unexpected maintenance issues”, I had no success calling the +91 number listed on Hotels when wanting an explanation, but Hotels online chat were very helpful, contacted the hotel to sort and gave me a UK number that I rang and confirmed.

Pros:

The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, like 10' x 12' . The bathroom is tiny with like a 8" x 5" sink and small corner shower. You need to think before you move too quickly in the shower. Other than that, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It is above an Indian restaurant, so you better like the smell of curry.
