Whichever lady was collecting breakfast vouchers from 9-10am on March 13th, 2026 was going out of her way to disrupt our breakfast. I’d rather pay for breakfast elsewhere than be criticized for “sleeping in” and “showing up right before close” (we still had 30 minutes). She made sure to complain to her coworkers right next to us so we could hear. The poor gal who was on shift with her was put in a bad spot due to her loud remarks and my group felt insulted. Whoever she was, she did a great job of making us feel unwelcome and embarrassed, even.

I didn't get my breakfast vouchers or even know about them when I checked in. So when I ate the next morning I thought I could just leave and looked foolish.
Location
The shower had NO bath wash. My booking stated breakfast was included. When we got to the in-house breakfast provider, they asked if we had a voucher. We stated we did not receive on at check-in. After our waitress checked she came to our table and told us that breakfast was NOT included in our stay. For a $300.00 room we thought this was ridiculous!

No microwave in room, coffee tasted bad, not sure if it was from the water or the coffee maker but something was definitely off. The body wash in the shower was empty when I went to shower. Toilet handle was broken and would run constantly.

Great hotel!
Great place for families and large groups traveling together! Plenty of room to relax and spread out through the hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was delicious and Starbucks in the lobby was essential! Rooms were a bit dated but didn't spend any time in there because the hotel had plenty of areas to congregate.
First of all I thought the Hilton brand was pet friendly, but happened to ask the day of and no, so had had to find a boarder for my dog. It was loud and average. We had a higher level room but was unable to see out of it.
