Ground Staff was very pleasant but desk staff need more training in customer relations.

Room was nice and the view

Cons:

Amenities i.e. Soap toilet paper was not replaced, we had to be asking and even when we did, we got no response. The Microwave and percolators did not work. We advised front desk but they were not repaired. (In fact...dangerously when we tried to use the microwave it blew the breaker) we advised front desk of this as we felt it was not safe. No response. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a racket, when we advised the front desk it was just disconnected.

Oui bien placé le personnel ça va les restaurants à coter super l’hôtel est très bien placé la chambre spacieuse et bien équiper les tasses à café pas asser grande

Cons:

Dans le logement quelque points négatifs la télévision fonctionnait très mal sur le petit balcon un fil qui pend dans le vide sans lumière dessus l’eau des douche pas asser chaude

Pros:

Room was nice, it is a bonus that there are restaurants on the premises.

Cons:

Staff needs some serious training - not representative of the "Friendly Island". You will need a rental as you are not close to town or the beach.

rien!!!!!!!! Nous avons réservé sur la plate-forme booking.com, l'hôtel à confirmer la réservation puisqu'il nous a envoyé via WhatsApp un lien a remplir avec un formulaire pour notre arrivée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la chambre n'était plus disponible !!!! elle a été loué une autre personne et l'hôtel n'a strictement rien fait pour nous reloger , on s'est retrouvé complètement à la rue puisque nous sommes arrivés à vers 22heures, cet hôtel ne communique absolument pas il ne respecte pas les clients , fuyez cette hotel!!!

Relaxing end of our vacation.
Pros:

Second year staying there. Staff were excellent. New bakery and restaurant was exceptional. We had dinner there twice and breakfast twice. Best eggs Benedict ever served on a crepe.

Cons:

Need instructions on how to work the showers and tv. Also could have used numbers for front desk, etc. Pool could use some new lounge chairs.

The report was able to accommodate us in a pinch after our flights were cancelled. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds and restaurant were quite nice.

Cons:

Our flight was cancelled and we stayed here last minute. The check in staff were not very accommodating and took a very long time to check in. There were no available bell hops to assist, no education about the resort. The pillows are also like rocks.
