Would stay somewhere else
Pros:

Didn't eat the breakfast. Location was off main highway but was okay

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. My daughter found a bug in her bed. Chairs were broken. Had problems checking in. Just not a good place to stay.

We left the west coast at 2.20 am and didn’t check into the hotel until 11:00…so we were exhausted. We checked in late and it was one issue after another. 1. Checked in, got to our room and the door was propped open. Dry weird! 2. We went in and the toilet was plugged and almost overflowing. 3. Notified the front desk and we were handed a plunger. Plunged the toilet and we finally unplugged it. 4. While plunging my husband leaned against the wall and his shirt was covered in drywall dust. 5. Room did not have garbage can. My husband took a shower and water flooded the bathroom because of an issue with the shower door. We had to use all our towels to wipe up the water. 6. No shower shelf or place to put shampoo and body wash. They had to be stored in the bottom of the shower. 7. Wall thermostat was missing so had to control air from the a/c unit. 8. Light above the TV wouldn’t go out so at 12:20 the front desk person came down and informed us that there was no way to shut it off…the switch was eliminated in the “remodel”. They finally came down and threw a blanket up over the light so we could get some sleep. 9. I tried to find a phone to call the front office, but there was not a phone in the room to call for help, so I had to look it up on our booking information. 10. Carpet was very stained and so was the bathroom linoleum. We are not typically picky but when there are numerous issues it reflects a major problem. Over the years we have come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and pride in the Holiday Inn Express facilities and that was not found here at this location.

We talked with the manager the next day and he provided us with another room, but there were issue with this room as well. Hanging rack for clothing had been removed so we had to take all of our hang up clothes and put them back in the suitcases. The bathroom door was a slider and it would not close. It was stuck open and would not budge.

It was ok, didn’t meet the expectations for the price point.
Pros:

The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

The room, elevators, and common areas didn’t smell fresh, there were several stains in the hallway.
The reception desk staff had the personality of a toll booth clerk.

Pros:

Breakfast could have been better. And the morning staff could have been more attentive I had to wait for the man for over 15 minutes before he came to the front desk other than that the hotel was wonderful room was clean and comfortable would stay again

Pros:

Breakfast wasn't bad, I liked the pancake machine when it worked

Cons:

I have a room smelled like mold and mildew it was hard to breath at night. I had to switch rooms and the scent was there too.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned or made when I got there. Bed not made or sheets on it. Room was actually opened. No other option was given besides just throwing on some sheets.

Pros:

Location wise its soo close to everything! 5/5 Breakfast was great! Overalll it was great! Staff are super friendly!

Cons:

The shower was leaking every single time we took a shower, the doors werent properly installed i guess so yeah, told the cleaning staff about it, they knew about it but thats it
