Perfekt 9 von 10 Abzug wegen defekteb alten Aufzug.
Pros:

Beim ankommen ist man perplex mega Garten mit Oliven Bäumen, schöner Pool, schauckeln riesieger Grillplatz. Und alles mit liebe gepflegt.
Die WohnungSuite Golden war mega gross. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles mega super aussgestattet.
Betten etwas fester aber haben trotzdem super geschlafen. Und sehr sauber.
Für mehrere Personen geeignet .
2 Schlaf Zimmer mit Doppelbett. 2 ausziehbare Couchen im Wohnzimmer und 1 extra Bett.
Alles war wirklich super sauber war schon lange nicht mehr in einer so sauberen und gepflegten FEerienwohnung.
Und alles was man braucht vorhanden, Kaffemaschine usw. sogar Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Usw.
Wirklich nur zun empfehlen.

Cons:

Da wir eine ältere Perosn dabei hatten die schlechter gehen kann. Eher nicht empfehlens wer die Dachwohnung. Da der Aufzug nicht funktioniert. Muss per Knopf gehalten ubd gestartet werden. Bleibt stecken oder kommt gar nicht. Dies sollte man sich anachauen lassen.

Großzügige und saubere Anlage. Gepflegter Swimmingpool,überwachter Raum für Fahrräder. Es gibt einen Wasserspender für Sprudelwasser und einen Fitness Raum..Alles sehr gepflegt.

A hidden gem we almost don't want to share
Pros:

We've traveled across Europe and stayed in dozens (if not hundreds) of apartments, and nothing has come close to this place. It's the kind of property you secretly want to keep to yourself.

The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could think of, and for the price you get far more than expected: garden, pool, BBQ, garage, free bike rental, gym... and the list goes on.

The host is super friendly and makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The apartments are located perfectly - just 5 minutes from Arco and 5 minutes from Riva del Garda.

We honestly don't know why the score is 9.8. This is a perfect 10. No question about it.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Even trying to find something feels like a waste of time.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, tolle, ruhige & versteckte Unterkunft mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Top Ausstattung, kostenlose Citybikes zum ausleihen, mit welchen man in wenigen Minuten in Arco oder Riva ist. Überall gibt es kostenloses Trink- & Sprudelwasser. Gerne wieder! :)
