good stay but could have been excellent
Pros:

It was a good trip but there were small things that could have been done to make the stay excellent. I mean there were no drinking water bottles given to us in the room. Secondly the mini bar was empty. We would have paid for the snacks taken from the fridge.

Pros:

We stayed to be close to the basketball game, and it was a great location and the bar with breakfast was great. the rooms are very clean and tidy.

Cons:

There is still a lot of construction around the area and the room while tidy, it was a little compressed or small, also at the time of booking I was asked if I wanted a simple room or one with a view, I selected the one with the view and when we got to the room, we got to see a little view to next building roof through a very small window so not much of a gain there.

Everything wonderful but the outside noise kept us from sleeping
Pros:

The location was unbeatable for the WNBA all star weekend. I loved how the hotel was decorated and excited for the games.

Cons:

The noise from outside was LOUD, cars drag racing every night until 3 AM, almost ruined our trip as we were exhausted every day.

Cons:

I didn’t like the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot. Over night parking is $48.00 and valet parking is $58.00. I parked two blocks away for $20 a night.

Ok but not worth the price!
Pros:

We stayed in room 601. It was just ok. The bed was very comfortable though. For $700 + for a night we were expecting more.

Cons:

The noise!! We were woken up at 1:30 in the morning due to loud music. We couldn’t tell if it was coming from outside or above. Also gunning engines of cars and motorcycles.

Pros:

The front desk young lady who greeted me was excellent ! The supervisor at the breakfast dinning area was impersonal ; the two young men who were tending to the clients during breakfast were very nice and proper. The Valet parking attendants exceptionally nice

Cons:

Microwave in the rooms could help since you have a market , disposable silverware in the room since you have a market
