Breakfast was good and drinks were reasonably priced. Location was exceptional.
Pillows are not the best
Everything. The staff, the rooms, the location, the breakfast. In fact, I love it so much that I don’t buy tickets to games/concerts at Gainbridge unless I know THIS hotel is available.
N/A. It’s great.
Location and balcony outside restaurant
Could have been better at keeping breakfast foods replenished. Ice machine on my floor was not working.
Great hot breakfast, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean facilities. And best of all RIGHT across the road from Gainbridge. Great parking garage: safe and clean.
A little high on price, but worth it.
Location amazing, bar/food entertainment excellent
Parking tight for a larger vehicle
Close to the event we were attending
Right across the street to Gainbridge Stadium.
Came for a concert, location was perfect. The room was very clean.
We arrived to check in around 5, expected to be able to check in as I was not made aware of the delay in the check in. We waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours to finally get checked in. We were late for our concert as we got to the hotel 2 hours before to get ready and just walk over. The manager at the desk said sorry but I’ll just knock off your parking but it seems as though I should’ve been discounted more with me missing out on my room for 3 hours. He said they had guest do late checkout but knowing the rooms are booked seems as though that’s when you do not allow it. The cleaning staff was wonderful and our room was very clean.
The staff was the best part. From Nick Benitez in the garage, all of the way through Brittany, Armani, and Francis at check-in. They were great. Check-in was hectic. I counted over 80 people in line or waiting for a room to be available, and this was almost an hour after check-in time. Maybe schedule housekeeping to be there earlier. The crowd was not happy. I guess that is my complaint. But I would come back here.
Check-in times and waiting for a room to be cleaned, almost an hour after the posted check-in time.
Nice location and appealing facade, decor. Etc. Very nice bartender and impressive breakfast except they could offer a non pork meat option like turkey or chicken sausage. The manager at breakfast was more attentive than I have ever seen in my years of enjoying comlimentary breakfasts. You could tell she really wanted to to make sure the guests have the best possible experience.
Way too expensive for what you get. Overall the staff were not very helpful and no apologies offered for things that went wrong which were plentiful. First of all we timed our trip so we would arrive about 30min after check in so we knew we would get into our room right away. Instead the room was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. The clerk did remove the parking fee off for us but that really didn’t make up for the inconvenience or considering the high price of our room. Due to storms the Direct TV went out and we had no TV. No apologies for this. If a hotel is going to charge this much they need to ditch Direct TV and go with a streaming service that actually works well. I mean this is Indianapolis and storms are frequent. Also the barcode for room service was malfunctioning and we had to actually walk down to the bar to order our food and wait for it when all we wanted to do was eat and rest in our room. Again NO apologies from staff. Finally in fear that both of our phones would die, we both forgot chargers, we called and asked for a wake up call that never came and we both overslept as a result. Overall a veey underwhelming experience. I will not stay here again.
