Pros:

I liked that the location had everything by it. The room was nice and clean. And after a night out for new year's the breakfast served hit the spot.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise, but it was new year's night so to be expected that people would be going in a out. I would have to say parking or having to get to the valet was a little difficult due to the construction wasn't sure were to park and where to get out at.

Everything was so good and it is right of center of everything walking distance to everything and right across the street from the Gainbridge field.

We love Indianapolis and the women’s big ten tournament!
Pros:

We were disappointed with the breakfast service on the busiest days of the big ten tournament. Long lines at the buffet. Service could have been set up in the aisle with chafers, accessible either side. The little continental breakfast room set up is not conducive to large groups staying at your property. Knowing the volume on specific days at your breakfast should alert your management to make accommodations to facilitate quick and efficient service for your patrons, who pay pretty big amounts to be close to the venue to see their children play in the tournament. Waiting in long lines to find empty chafers and coffee urns is really not acceptable. Other than that, we LOVE staying there for the tournament.

Hairy Sheets
Pros:

The Pivot bar was very nice and a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff was helpful when I showed them the pictures of the wrinkled sheets and the hair on my bed.

Cons:

UNFORTUNATELY. when I came back the same sheets were flipped top to bottom and there was even more hairs on the sheets. The Hyatt is a brand that is known for quality and I was disappointed that they not meet the brand standards. Clean bed sheets do not have wrinkles when a fresh bed is made.
