Pros:

Perfect location from Gainbridge- right across the street. Walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, bars, parking. It’s all so easy and convenient.

Very convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium
Pros:

Bed was comfy, air conditioning was cold, shower was hot. Parking was very easy (expensive, but easy). I talked to the Hyatt directly the morning of check-in to change the room from 4 persons to 2 persons since I also saw on booking.com that the price was $50 lower. I asked, and they gave me the new price even though I was past my cancellation point, so that boosts my score from an 8.5 to a 9.

Cons:

Did not like that I had an adjoining room, but we didn't hear the neighbors. Breakfast room was so crowded that staff could not keep up with demand. No flavored coffee creamers (at least I couldn't find them in the very crowded breakfast room).

Pros:

Close to so many venues and restaurants! Great walking distance to Gainbridge stadium and Lucas Oil Stadium!

Cons:

The noise at night outside and you can hear everything and other guests.

Pros:

The location was perfect for attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The room was spacious and had great amenities.

Cons:

The deficiencies were minor. There were no extra blankets or linens in the room despite having a pull out sofa. When we called the desk to ask for them, no on answered. The sink water pressure was not great and the stopper kept falling down causing the sink to fill with water. Lastly. The windows were dirty.

Pros:

I like almost everything about my stay. The rooms are clean and nice. The hall looks luxurious. Breakfast was good and nice balcony view.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was the parking. We booked the hotel online with a third party and didn’t know parking weren’t free.We got there at around 3 AM in the early morning but our estimate arrival was 5-6 AM which I noted in my booking.
When we got there the staff at the door thankfully let us in but the lady at the front desk told us we were lucky to be able to get in for a check in at that time otherwise, we weren’t supposed to get in without keys at that time which were not mentioned in the booking. It’ll let you choose your estimate arrival time which we thought will work.
Other than that, everything was great ✨

Pros:

Great location in Downtown Indianapolis. Very comfortable bed, immaculate room, nice breakfast included and a great bar too. The staff were very friendly, especially Payton at checkin.
