Great hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Clean rooms, great location if attending the Gainbridge fieldhouse. Staff was great.

Easy to walk around and to get to restaurants, the convention center and the Lucas Oil Stadium.
Pros:

The breakfast staff were very friendly. The gym was great, very clean and well equipped. Nice and easy to walk to many restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the convention center and the Lucas Oil Stadium.

Cons:

The room we had was okay in that it had 2 beds and a bathroom but for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) it was small and no view (only the side of a building about a meter away) which meant it was quite dark and dingy. Probably best to request a room higher up and maybe one with a sofa for more room. I'm sure the hotel was not full so surprised we were given this room. Pool was over chlorinated in that it discolored my kids swim suits and left them with a strong bleach smell on their hair and skin. The breakfast was a little uninspiring but did the job.

Clean and convenient but odd staff
Pros:

I liked that it was across the street from the concert venue. And it was super clean like spotless which is what saved the whole stay

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was told check in was at 3pm. The lady at the desk told me the room had to be inspected and it would be a few minutes and we would be sent a text when it was time to check in. We waited about 10 minutes, I asked the person next to us if they were waiting too and they confirmed. So I gave it another 10 minutes and went up to the desk. Room still wasn’t ready. Some people that were checking in at the same time got to have their room. Mind you, my sister is pregnant and hungry. And I still had to get ready. The concert started at 730. We waited another 25 minutes or so before we got the key. Never did get the text but we had to hurry and get ready. The other thing is that check out is at 12p so why was house keeping knocking on our door at 9am?

It was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The room space was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse was fantastic.

Fantastic
Pros:

Breakfast options were fantastic. Location was great. It was clean and everyone was friendly!

Cons:

They only had one server at the restaurant on a game night. It was slow and our order got screwed up but the server himself was great! He was just overwhelmed. I also didn’t like that you couldn’t access the stairs from the main floors. So after the game the elevators were super busy. I also didn’t realize it was going to be an additional $52 a day to park at this hotel.
