Location
It’s an older hotel, needs updating.
They had underground parking that goes straight to the elevator
How it was different I guess it was because the construction of changing up certain areas looks different
Staff tried really hard to accommodate to our needs.
the room had items left from previous guests. Underneath the bed, unsanitary items. Elevators were not working.
The property was clean. The check in was quick and so thankful for 2 hrs early check in on Sunday. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.
The parking is little too expensive. $37 per night. Not a flat rate for the guests.
Best thing about the hotel is the staff(they are excellent, they are very helpful, always looking to help each guest the best they can), the breakfast, the buffalo chicken wings, and the cocktails(the tamarindo margarita and whisky sour just hits the right spot).
The rooms have very bad sound proofing, I could hear noise from outside, which disturbs peaceful sleep. The hotel rooms need a little TLC, they are pretty old (example: the sink has a crack, the bedside lamps flicker, the pillows are almost flat, ac vents are noisy, not all lifts were working)
It worked out good for the conference
Parking was too expensive. Only one elevator worked. Had to use the service elevator to get to parking.
This was my second time staying here. The issue with this stay was the main elevator were all down and all customer had to use the service elevators out entire 3 night stay- to the 8th floor. The service elevators were honestly not very clean and smelled horrible. Our room was nice except for the toilet squealed every night. That was very nice. Though, $37 per day for parking to me is outrageous. I would stay there again as long as the elevators are fixed.
Above- customer main elevators were not working
