Great location, clean facilities, helpful staff!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for families. It’s super easy to take the subway or buses, with the closest station a one minute walk. Lots of nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Disney shuttle is SO helpful!

Cons:

The rooms are small in Japan, but overall this was fairly comfortable for a family of 3.

Pros:

員工都很願意幫忙解決問題，6/3遇到颱風對日本的交通不了解，會講中文的員工給我們很好的建議，附近藥妝、商場都很方便，藥妝的部份比市區便宜，大量採購很方便，Gu也好逛，出來就是火車站交通方便，迪士尼專車讚！

Convenient, comfortable.
Pros:

The amenities provided which include a free DIY ramen & coffee station that starts at 10PM daily. Also love the hospitality of the staff. Location is short distance to train station and other conveniences.

Cons:

Room is a bbit cramped for a family of three, but manageable.

スタッフさんの対応、丁寧な説明を説明していただきました。

Cons:

1階トイレが汚かった。飲み屋の近くのホテルのため、夜に駐車場から子どもを連れて歩くには，抵抗があった。朝食のお味噌汁とコーヒーの温度が低い、海外の人向けなのかな？熱ければ冷ませばいいのだから温度は高いほうがいい
