Der Zustand des Zimmers ist in Ordnung.

Leider wurden wir in den Nächten im Schlaf (in Bett und Couch) gebissen. Alles weist darauf hin, dass es Bettwanzen sein könnten.

Wir haben das Hotel mit dem Problem kontaktiert. Es hat sich leider nicht zurückgemeldet.

It was a small place but it was close to everything

Alle informatie m.b.t. inchecken, code, sleutel, Wifi, etc. te laat ontvangen. Na lang wachten ter plekke telefonisch moeten regelen, buiten in de vrieskou.

First off, please don’t use the cental Paris pictures to advertise as your own, the apartment is a run down in a ghetto area, you need to be frank of your outside pictures. The room was listed for six people but it’s really meant for two person, the luggages will take up all the spaces with no room to eat. The shower is so small you have to squeeze in to be able to close the shower door. No paper towels, no toilet papers, there were only 4 bath towels for six people and was never replenished in 3 days. Has to be one of the most disappointed stays out of my 30 years traveling. Communication was terrible as well. Lastly, the fresh paint was suffocating in that tiny room with no windows to relief the toxic smells. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel/apartment.

Efficient space, bathroom, kitchen and beds where clean, the sofa had stains and the whole room had cigarette smell even though smoking is prohibited.

Résidence très bien située, bien équipée, avec un canapé confortable !! Le seul apparu hôtel à en avoir un en plus du lit !! proche de tous commerces et du métro !

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind es hat völlig ausgereicht,die wohnunc war sauber und mitten im herzen von Paris gelegen !! In einem schönen viertel !!! I

Very clean place, high quality materials from sheets and towels to shower etc. The space is narrow, but well organized. No windows, just a rooftop window in one bedroom.
Messages with access codes for front door and key pick-up did not come through. I don't know if that is a problem on part of hotels.com or the owner. He did answer the phone (or called back immediately) to provide me with the codes via SMS.

L'endroit est très bien situé pour se balader dans Paris. La rue est un peu bruyante la nuit mais pas de souci les fenêtres fermées. Un peu d'huile serait nécessaire à la porte d'entrée et la télé ne capte pas très bien. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Résidence propre comme neuf et agréable. Personnel très à l'écoute ça fait plaisir. Merci à eux

the place was very nice! just as much space as we needed and very comfortable and the people running it were very helpful whenever we needed any assistance with anything, not to mention it was in a fantastic location

Apparemment 5 est un grenier, même pas une chambre de bonne. Pas plus de 9 m2 vivables. 60% de l'espace est inutilisable. Même pour 20 € c'est cher.

I do not recommend this apartment to anyone and especially if you are American. It's disgusting

O ckeck-in foi horrível pois fiquei mais de uma hora batendo no portão tocando campainha e não havia ninguém, e estava com crianças cansadas da viagem longa. Ligava no telefone e só caixa postal depois de muito tempo alguém retornou e falou onde se encontrava a chave mas estava dentro do portão e algum hóspede tinha q abrir o portão ou demoraria mais 30 min para chegar alguém para abrir.
Nos quartos não tinha janelas e tinha entrada de pelo vidro no teto e dessa forma nunca escurecia, acordávamos com o sol no rosto.
O ar condicionado imundava a sala de água.
Os quadros caíram da parede quase em cima dos meus filhos, o ferro da cortina também despencou ao lado da minha bebê.

El piso muy pequeño para el precio, el barrio lo encontré poco seguro y ruidoso.
