J'ai été déçu de mon séjour dans votre établissement pourtant fidèle depuis plusieurs années.
J'ai du demander à plusieurs reprises à la dame du spa si elle avait une disponibilité pour un Hammam double et massage double ce à quoi elle ne m'a dit ni oui ni non mais "je vais voir" car trop absorbée par son téléphone portable pour revenir vers moi donc nous n'avons fait aucune prestation et le plus surprenant c'est qu'en repartant de la piscine elle nous a dit aurevoir sans mêle se rendre compte qu'elle n'étais pas revenu vers moi et pourtant il n'y avait pas foule !
