Pros:

Très belle hôtel très confortable très bien décorée très moderne il ne manque rien pour le confort un gros point positif sur la piscine chauffée et la salle de sport bien équipée

Cons:

Le service de conciergerie est à revoir et et le staff à l'accueil qui n'est pas du tout souriant voire très froid ce n'est absolument pas professionnel

Pros:

Como siempre, el personal es extremadamente amable. Cabe destacar el fantástico trato de Ayman, el aparcacoches, así como de todo el equipo del hotel. Tras la reforma, el hotel es simplemente de 10.

Proximité. Personnel masculin du 1er jour très serviable. Chambre relativement bien préparée.

Cons:

Personnel 2D jour ne répondant pas aux consignes (2 femmes): prorogation séjour non enregistrée, exigé paiement à l’avance, bar de la chambre vide, aucun biscuit ni boisson, le thé laissé dans la chambre sent mauvais, pas de tisanes ni de café même soluble, il a fallu que je réclame le réassort de la sdb, pas de peigne ni brosse à dent ni dentifrice, chambre dite supérieure sans baignoire, fenêtre sur route très passante, essuie chaussures sec sans produits et brosses usées, des portes coupe-feu ouvertes … petit dej creu, pas de fruits de saison (pastèque …) même pas de fruit du tout à part une salade de fruits nulle …
