Worst hotel of my life.

Cons:

Peggior hotel nel quale ho soggiornato nella mia vita. La prima stanza che ci viene assegnata puzzava come una latrina, pareva fosse una vecchia stanza per fumatori. Cambiamo stanza, la seconda meglio della prima, almeno non c’era puzza di fumo, ma di scarico sì.
Solo all’arrivo ci viene comunicato che la piscina è fuori uso.
Ma non ci viene detto nulla della spa.
Il giorno seguente vogliamo usufruire della spa e ci viene detto che anche quella non è in funzione. Noi avevamo prenotato tramite Booking una stanza NON rimborsabile, in un hotel con piscina e spa (che sicuramente ci hanno spinto a scegliere questa struttura anziché in altra) nel quale la piscina e la spa non erano praticabili. Quando lo facciamo notare alla direzione ci viene risposto che c’era scritto sul sito, e anche ora che sto scrivendo non c’è scritto un bel niente sul sito. Colazione povera e cheap. Le posate erano sporche, i tavoli pure, e quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno riso in faccia. Ultimo ma non ultimo, ci hanno fatto pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno, l’abbiamo pagata all’arrivo, e al check out con il taxi che ci aspettava fuori, un inserviente disonesto ci ha detto che dovevamo pagarla di nuovo, perché l’avevamo pagata solo per una persona. Eravamo di fretta e non volevamo dicutere, ma abbiamo poi controllato sul sito del turismo e ci hanno fatto pagare il doppio della tassa di soggiorno. Insomma, un esperienza da sconsigliare, per pochi euro in più ci sono hotel di catene consolidate, di gente per bene, che offrono maggiore trasparenza, onestà e pulizia. Davvero un hotel da INCUBO.

Presque parfait

Séjour formidable, l’hôtel est parfait.
Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et gentil.
Les chambres sont très propre, le ménage est parfaitement fait.
Merci encore à Walid de nous avoir gentiment surclassé, nous avons pu avoir une magnifique chambre avec vu sur la mosquée Hassan II

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner du shor n’est vraiment pas terrible par rapport au petit déjeuner que nous avons l’habitude de prendre dans cet hôtel, la nourriture servie est froide, le jus d’orange est industriel.
