Your maintenance needs improvement
Pros:

Location was good employees were great.

Cons:

AC wasn't working properly, woke up at 2 AM sweating like crazy. Carpet was ripped and nail strip exposed I stepped on the nails a few times which cut my foot. Sink faucet was loose as well.
