Nie działała jedna z wind i w zwiazku z tym czas oczekiwania na drugą winde byl wydłużony. Po za tym wszystko mi sie podobało

Cons:

The Neighborhood Is Terrible Right in front of The Projects, definitely don’t feel safe at night time or even in the afternoon. There was always cops on the corner. If you stay here you must come in groups or have a car, transportation is a couple of blocks away and walking through this area is definitely not a fun thing to do.

Hotel práctico sin los precios de Manhattan
Pros:

Desayuno correcto , se echa de menos queso , jamón … opciones para intolerancias alimentarias.
Habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario ( plancha , secador , cafetera , nevera ). Un detalle de agradecer es el microondas en la sala común para calentar cenas y agua caliente.
Nos guardaron maletas el último día y tienen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto con coste , pero está en precios de Uber/taxi ( funciona muy bien ) . Varios delis y sitios cerca para cenar ( gastos food). Metros a 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

La zona es un tanto extraña , pero hay más hoteles. No sentimos peligro en ningún momento.
Hay bastante ruido , por las noches se escucha música , y melodías de food trucks cercanos , a parte del sonido constante de aires acondicionados que se oye en todo Ny.

Pros:

Die Nachbarschaft war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Trotzdem war die Lage für uns sehr gut - Die nächste Subway Station war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus war man ohne Umsteigen in ca. 10 Minuten mitten in Manhatten.
Das Zimmer war modern, ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Frühstück war, wie ich es von vielen anderen Hotels in den USA gewohnt bin, nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend - Toasts und Bagels, Creme Cheese, Cereals, Rührei, ein wenig frisches Obst und Gemüse und Kaffee sind meistens Standard. Und natürlich alles mit Pappgeschirr...

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war zu klein, für die Menge an Gästen. Zur Stoß und Drang Zeit gab es kaum genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Es gab zwei Aufzüge, von denen einer während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes außer Betrieb war. Das führte dazu, dass man oft sehr lange auf den Aufzug warten musste, der dann manchmal auch noch durch die Reinnigungskräfte mit ihren Wägen blockiert war. Und dann war er natürlich komplett überfüllt. Da wir im 10. Stock untergebracht waren, war das Treppenhaus keine Option für uns.

la ubicación no esta mala, pero el barrio alrededor es terrible e inseguro todos los días llego la policia al hotel y hubo un inconveniente con los que viven alli

La struttura è moderna, confortevole ed ha un ottima posizione ed una gran vista su Manhattan

Cons:

La colazione, veramente scarsa e con pochissima qualità, inoltre un ascensore non funzionava e si creavano code assurde con tempi di 15 minuti per salire in camera
