Personale molto gentile
Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto notare che tutte le prese dal letto comprese le luci non funzionavano, ci è stato detto che avrebbero mandato gli elettricisti, il giorno seguente ci hanno riferito che sarebbero tornati perché non erano riusciti a risolvere. In 10 giorni non hanno mai messo a posto.
La posizione era a 3 minuti dalla metro quindi molto comoda e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione un po’ povera, solamente una marmellata e per utilizzare il microonde per il latte caldo bisognava per forza chiedere al personale. Posti a sedere a colazione assolutamente insufficienti, ogni mattina bisognava aspettare molto prima di riuscirsi a sedere. Una cosa molto positiva invece è la ricarica per l’acqua sempre presente e la possibilità di mangiare il cibo ordinato fuori lì all’ingresso.
Il prezzo è ottimo considerato che siamo a New York. La colazione è buona e abbondante.
Il quartiere è terribile, e l'albero si trova a ridosso degli alloggi popolari. Non ci sono ristoranti ma solo servizi (supermercati e fast food) per la gente del posto che praticamente vive per strada! La metro è altrettanto mal frequentata, seppur a 5 minuti di terrificante cammino. Nello stesso quartiere, spostandosi di qualche blocco, ci sono realtà molto più dignitose

Posizione comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro per raggiungere la città.
Letto comodissimo e pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno (non è scontato!).

La colazione non era super varia, va bene per un pasto basic e veloce.
La colazione è a buffet. Un po' monotona ma considerando la rarità di trovare un hotel con colazione inclusa, andava bene. Avrei gradito delle brioches fresche e fette di formaggio e prosciutto per preparare dei toast.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia dell'hotel, e la possibilità di avere caffè e thè gratuiti durante la giornata. Staff cordiale, professionale.
La posizione è buona perchè vicina alla metro. In 2 fermate si raggiunge Manhattan. Stategica anche per visitare Brooklin o Coney Island, visto che ci si arriva direttamente, sulla stessa linea della metro. L'unica nota negativa è il quartiere. Non è dei migliori. Durante il giorno non c'è problema ma alla sera non è consigliato uscire a piedi e in ogni caso non è il posto dove fare una passeggiata, non ci sono ristoranti. Bisogna sempre prendere il taxi e spostarsi a Manhattan.

Por mais que a localização seja perto de Manhattan, menos de 20 minutos para o midtown, achamos a região do hotel em si um pouco estranha. Não perigosa mas muito suja e descuidada. Perto dali tenham outras regiões mais limpas e organizadas.

No me gustó el barrio en el que está situado por hay mucha suciedad y se percibe algo de inseguridad aunque no haya pasado nada, el desayuno bastante justito de calidad y casi siempre saturado de gente

Situé à 5 min à pied du métro, et à 10 min en métro de Manhattan.
Parfait pour un séjour moins chère que dans le cœur.
Seul bémol, le manque parfois de place au petit déjeuné mais pour le prix on s’y accommode.
À choisir, je reprendrais cet hôtel pour son emplacement sécurisé malgré sa situation dans un quartier « populaire ».
