Very clean, amazing staff, very close to the main attractions and city
For the moment it is nothing that I can complain about, everything is very nice and good, I always come back with pleasure.
El hotel es fantástico y nos resultó muy cómodo. Está a solo dos paradas de Central Park en la línea naranja del metro. La salida de la estación puede resultar un poco chocante el primer día, pero nos pareció segura y te acostumbras rápido.
La habitación era muy cómoda: buena cama, buenas vistas, climatización que funcionaba bien tanto para frío como para calor y el baño bien.
Quizás lo único que podrían mejorar es el desayuno. La variedad es bastante limitada y al final terminas cansándote de lo mismo: bagels con huevos revueltos, yogur de máquina, café bastante aguado y plátanos, que siempre había. Algún día también pusieron salchichas y mini hamburguesas, pero fuera de eso no hay mucha más variedad.
Respecto a las tasas y la fianza, nosotros lo pagamos todo por adelantado a través de Booking. Aunque en la plataforma aparece que se paga en el check-in, el hotel suele pedir que pagues todo antes o al menos la primera noche mediante un enlace que te envían. Nuestra recomendación es pagarlo directamente por Booking con antelación. En el check-in solo nos retuvieron unos 100 € como fianza, sin gastos extra ni cobros sorpresa.

Poloha hotelu je velmi blízko metra 21 st queens, to jací se tam pohybují lidé , za to lidi z hotelu nemůžou ..

I liked the location, staff, facilities, and breakfast.

It was a short walk from the subway station and check-in was easy after a long day of flying. Everyday our room was a haven after a long day of walking in Manhattan. It was comfortable, clean and as a bonus we had a lovely view of Manhattan. Not having to think about breakfast in the morning was a relief, especially since we were there in the winter.
It's not set in a tourist community like Manhattan, and there was a lot of garbage in the snow on the roads. However, with some google searching we found a nice place to eat dinner one night. The hotels dining area can get crowded for breakfast, so you have to figure out the right time to go.
