Water was purchased & a bit costly!
The room was spacious and comfortable, included a coffee maker and fridge and the wifi worked very well. As well as plenty of parking, which I especially appreciate from hotels in this area.
There was a conference going on during our stay and it took us 20 minutes to check in and then another 20 minutes to get an elevator, we paid extra for breakfast and the front desk did not give us the vouchers to get the breakfast. The front desk is not open 247. I would have liked to check out with a person

I like the location
We had to change room twice. The first room the air conditioner was broken. It was very hot in the room. Second room smelled very bad. Reported it to the from desk. They gave us a third room. In the third room there was blood on the sheet covered with the pillows housekeeping came and change the sheets.

I really liked the people! Everyone was very kind, and respectful! The location is not too far from the metro station, so you can get to DC pretty easily.

we keep coming back here because its near washington, dc. We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location and the amenities available during our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. actually, its our 2nd time staying here.Thank you to the entire team for making our visit enjoyable!
