Our stay was an uncomfortable for the first 1/2 of the stay the rest was just ok. We mad the best of what we could

We had to change room twice. The first room the air conditioner was broken. It was very hot in the room. Second room smelled very bad. Reported it to the from desk. They gave us a third room. In the third room there was blood on the sheet covered with the pillows housekeeping came and change the sheets.

we keep coming back here because its near washington, dc. We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location and the amenities available during our stay.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. actually, its our 2nd time staying here.Thank you to the entire team for making our visit enjoyable!

We had no TV each night. The old cable system had no signal. I told the front desk each day. It was very disappointing because our daughter was in town for a figure skating competition and she always loves to relax at night with the TV in the hotel room. It’s her special treat on competition weekends

Also, the showerhead low water pressure and it was difficult for my daughter to wash her thick hair.

The last thing that was a major deal was I got bug bites on my ankle the very first night I told the front desk and she just said she was sorry about that with no compensation suggested.😫😫😫
