Absolutely incredible! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting! Very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and we'll equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The room and it’s view were incredible and the restaurant were lovely but very very expensive and not living up to the price level!
It’s a very expensive hotel that needs to address certain areas in order to justify its price. To start with the reception when you arrive is appalling. There is no one to take your bags to your room and simple requests for a snack on arrival after a long drive is met with a bag of half opened chips and a plate of dry sweet biscuits ( when you’ve asked for cheeses and biscuits) which you later get charged for! The staff on reception though lovely are not aware of how the hotel runs and need to ask about every request. The rooms are highly technical but no one runs you though how things work including the shower and the in bathroom sauna. We had to ask 3x to have the bathroom radiator turned in and there are so many help buttons in the room and bathroom that activate alarms that can only be turned off at reception. There are also really bright lights ( no idea what they are for… never explained ) that glow in the dark right into your eyes while sleeping in your bed!
The hotel is also a 20 minute walk into town!

Needed a tutorial for the bathroom/shower/sauna/towel rack in the room. Would have liked an in room coffee option not just tea for sitting on the deck in robes. Would have liked it if the fireplace was lit.
We loved everything about this hotel, our room was beautiful the facilities we incredible better then we've ever seen the restaurant was amazing & the stuff at the hotel were 5 star they couldn;t have helped us any more then they did.

The pool, sauna and spa facilities are exceptional, and perfect to relax at the end of a long day hiking in the spectacular countryside around the area.
We had an amazing stay at Dolomiti Lodge Alverà and honestly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after in every way.
The location is perfect – close to the trails, cafes, and everything you’d want if you’re exploring the Dolomites. After long days out, having such a beautiful lodge to come back to felt like a real treat. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and so comfortable – you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything spotless.
The spa facilities were just incredible. Between the steam room, sauna, and pool, we ended up spending hours unwinding there. The gym was also a great bonus – rare to find one so well equipped in a mountain lodge. It really made the stay feel like a balance of adventure and relaxation.
The restaurant deserves its own mention – every dish was delicious and felt so thoughtfully made. Easily one of the best meals we had on our trip.
And finally, the staff. Every single person we interacted with was gracious, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. They went out of their way to accommodate us, which made us feel right at home.
I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is sitting at 3 stars – it should easily be 5. This place is a gem, and we’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They couldn’t have been better. Food was amazing. Room was beautiful. Probably one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Spa was incredible. So peaceful and what a view from your room/spa. Felt like you were in the middle of no where. 10/10
The one and only thing we could say we didn’t like was that you couldn’t control the heat of your room. The aircon was disabled and controlled by the staff. And the temp was set for all rooms not just yours. It got really hot during the night or if you didn’t leave your doors/windows open.
