Lovely mountain hotel - in the heart of the Dolomites.
Pros:

Very nice little Alp hotel with a family run feeling. Very helpful and accomodation staff and management. Any special requests was met with excellence. Thanks.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say. You get what you pay for living in the middle of the Dolomites.

A charming, family-friendly yet luxurious and very pleasant hotel. We enjoyed every moment and I highly recommend it!
Pros:

Everything was simply amazing! The staff was charming, polite, and very service-oriented. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed with modern facilities, and offered a perfect view. The air conditioning worked great, and even when there was a minor issue one night, the staff took care of it and fixed it within minutes.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. However, we were informed about this in advance and received a fair 20% discount, so it didn't ruin our experience. Also, the spa area is a bit small and doesn't offer many facilities, but the massage we booked there was absolutely excellent and professional.

Even better than the pictures!
Pros:

Absolutely incredible! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting! Very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and we'll equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Possibly the best sorbet I've ever had.
Mind blowing trail running.
We had an awesome stay!
