Continently located near the airport with a nice breakfast option.

Cons:

Snow removal was alittle rough. When they cleared the sidewalk, all the snow was left next to my drivers side door resulting in a very difficult time getting in, as well as nearly causing my truck to become stuck.

My time at the Hampton Inn
Pros:

I would like to give thanks to the front desk staff, especially a young lady name Sab and a particular housekeeper Ms. Roberta. Everyone was courteous and much helpful. The issues I had was the guest laundry room. Why is there a app to download to use the machines? And the prices are ridiculous. For a long term stay, you would need a lot of money to constantly order or go out to eat. The fridge is so small. Overall I had a great time.

I was there for a hip replacement at a nearby Albany hospital. The location and staff were great.
Pros:

The staff there is exceptional, housekeeping and the front desk. You couldn't ask for better. The breakfast is perfect! I love a hot buffet. The bedding there is exceptional, very comfortable, not heavy, wonderful pillows. Our main complaint was actually the toilets. Yes, we are in our 70’s and like a higher toilet, but these are ridiculously outdated! Your knees practically hit your chin! Yes, I am exaggerating a bit but come on, this is 2025. Get comfort height toilets into those bathrooms.

Stay was good otherwise. Nice & quiet.
Pros:

Nice location & great airport shuttle service.

Cons:

The day before I asked if there would be a bagged breakfast to take with us because we had 4am airport shuttle ride scheduled and the front desk said yes.
However, it was not ready by the time we needed to get on the shuttle.
