Nice room, non-existent housekeeping services.
Pros:

The room was a nice size and the beds and pillows were comfy.

Cons:

I didn't have ANY housekeeping services during my whole stay. Apparently they lied and wrote down that they cleaned our room twice but clearly didn't. Also, housekeeping didn't provide enough wash cloths or blankets when we checked in. The tub/shower felt old, weak, and creaky, and the shower head caused the water to come out very hard.

Pros:

We traveled to Houston for the rodeo and needed a place to stay. I'm so glad we chose this one! The room styles were so cute, and the staff amazing! The breakfast in the morning was also impressive.

We were well relaxed, perfect stay.
Pros:

Very clean, quite area. We loved the staff everything was great. Check in was quick and easy, room was pretty and nice plenty of space.

Cons:

We loved everything about this hotel. We will be booking here again, every time we come back to Houston we will be booking here.

Found my new home in Houston.everytime I visit this will be my place to stay
Pros:

Clean room,comfortable bed clean floors.close to a park.my child was able to play at the park and had so much fun

Nothing really.elevators went down but crew was working on it

A good hotel with a bad staff
