Cadillac house.
Pros:

Great staff. Room clean. Nice view. Convenient to stores restaurants.

Cons:

Room door bolt lock not working.. Staff said it was still locked from outside. In arrival Room was very cold 65 took a long time to warm. Coffee machine in Room broke. So cold and couldn't make coffee to warm up. Back open to public for restaurant access. We didn't feel safe or warm.

Pros:

The location, the beautiful historic building. Loved the tavern as well.

Cons:

One of the bartenders wasn’t nice and was pushy that also got the attention of the couple sitting next too when we trying to order dinner.

Overall good. Not great.
Pros:

The location was nice! Close by to everything. Staff were great. Clean for the most part. Parking was easy and dinner/bar room was nice! We did enjoy the robes that were in the room as well! Nice building. 8/10

Cons:

The bed we had wasn’t very comfortable and pillows were lacking comfort for the price we paid. Also the smell was quite unpleasant in the hallways due to I think some new renovations/work which is fine hard to control that.

Nice accommodations right downtown Lexington
Pros:

We did not eat at the hotel. Breakfast was not included in price.

Cons:

Had trouble with WiFi - they had my name in wrong so code wouldn’t work. Our room was not in main house and you had to take the elevator to second floor then walk across to other building and in a door and a hallway to our room.

Nice but overpriced. But that is a common theme in America.
Pros:

Clean and updated regarding condition of hotel.

Cons:

Like most hotels in America, despite it being clean and modernized, it is totally overpriced for the total experience. You check in, go to your room and that is the only touch point. It costs $285 for the night without breakfast. Lexington itself is on the lake but offers nothing. You have to make sure you are there on days when restaurants are open.

Condition was clean and in stellar condition. Staff at front desk and server in restaurant were very customer friendly and accommodating.
