Convenient location, nice and efficient staff.

Cons:

No magnifying mirror in the room, no slippers and cotton pads- I asked for these, and they finally catered me with both the slippers and cotton pads.My shoes got stained with mud, but they didn’t have shoe polish, I had to attend my meeting on the following day with dirty shoes. I think a hotel in this category should be able to help in this situation.
