Great but not sustainable
Pros:

The hotel and experience was great! The only critique I have is their bars of soap. For a hotel connected to the airport and the main booking length being 1-2 nights, providing a bar of soap is not necessary or sustainable. It would be wise of them to provide refillable dispensers for their guests.

NICE Rooms!!
Pros:

This hotel is extremely nice and exceeded expectations for a airport hotel. The restaurant and bar was fabulous. The rooms came equipped with robes, slippers, expresso machine, and my husband's favorite feature the motioned sensor lights for the bathroom and bed. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Worth every single penny!!
Pros:

Amazing property!! Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff was absolutely exceptional (Nhikki + Kobe) and I look forward to staying again. It's truly worth the premium price relative to other SFO hotels.

Outstanding.
Pros:

Exactly what you hope for. Excellence and professionalism.

Stayed one night before flight to Hawaii, one night after return flight from Hawaii, and last night before flight home to the UK.

Quick and efficient check in.
Outstanding quality and cleanliness in room.
Beds extremely comfortable. Linens were luxurious.
Nice views of the SFO runway.
Huge advantage that it can be accessed from the airport on the airtrain, with no need for buses/transfers. This was particularly helpful and welcome with a delayed and very late arrival into SFO.
First class breakfast in main dining room.
All staff incredibly helpful.

Overall, this place takes the stress away from travelling.

Highly recommend.

Never again! Not worth the price per night!!

Did not eat breakfast!

Cons:

Better lighting in the room. Very moody and dark. Really hard to see, I was trying doing makeup in room while my husband shaved. You need to add a mirror and better lighting to enable people to see better, maybe handle some paperwork, etc. The rooms need choices of lighting for work or getting ready.
