Convenient to the airport

Cons:

The staff are very rude asked for extra blankets for my children at 10 o’clock at night. Had to catch a flight at 3:30 AM. They didn’t bring the blankets up till midnight. Called three times. The phone in the room did not work for room service. Valet was horrible. I pulled up to take my luggage out of my rental car. Explain that I was mad valet. They told me I was not allowed to do that that pulling up in front of the hotel is for valet only.

Pros:

ターミナル直結で、移動のストレスが少なかったです。
特に私は、別便で出発する友人の見送りがあったので、大変便利でした。
お部屋も清潔で、充電場所があちこちにあり、大変機能的でした。

Cons:

ベッドはもう少し固い方が、私の好みでした。
