I thought the gym was good, but would liked to have a swimming pool. Loved the location on the Air Train.
I requested firm pillows, but didnt get them. And the duvet was too hot for me. I thought the gym was good, but would liked to have a swimming pool. A bit pricey at $450 by the time the "++" is added on.

Nice restaurant experience and incredibly convenient to the airport
The Air Train stops at the hotel’s reception, what’s not to like? The Grand Hyatt is a lovely respite from the grind of travel. The staff is competent and friendly, the restaurant serves excellent food, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the gym is well equipped.

Too crowded. Unable to eat in the restaurant. Hot water pressure on the 11th floor was so poor it took forever too regulate the shower
The room is wonderful
the air train is little bit inefficient
