The room was very well laid out, clean and had good amenities. Soundproofing worked well. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was actually controllable........ which often isn't the case.

Beautiful, clean & comfortable guest rooms. All hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The best most convenient place to stay if you have an early morning departure from SFO. The AirTrain is right there and took only 6 minutes to reach the terminal. Would stay again.

Totally overpriced
This hotel is easily reached through the air train at SFO. If you have a lot of luggage, just get a trolley and you can easily get on and off the train. All staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a pretty hefty price tag, but what a great experience for travel involving a very early morning flight that would require not just a three hour drive but two hour early check in etc. Parked in long distance parking, easily got a cart and the airtrain directly to the hotel. Had a relaxed and fantastic dinner at Quail + Crane, lovely quiet room, spacious bath. Easy early morning transition back on Airtrain to Airport in minutes to check in luggage etc. Way better travel experience than getting up at 2:30am driving/parking or taking airport bus!
