We had fun, it was a great adventure for 2 people.
Pros:

It is clean and right next to some beaches, in Magaluf near Palma. Palma is 20 minutes by car so it’s a great location if you are renting a vehicle. Magaluf is apparently the “party quarter” of Palma and the noise sometimes woke us up, but that’s fine. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had no problems.

Cons:

It’s a bit hidden away and in a shady neighborhood but other than that it’s fine.

Struttura molto bella , la stanza al settimo piano, quindi non si sentiva la confusione nella strada

Cons:

I vicini erano un po chiassosi ma ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura

Pros:

Posizione centrale per chi ama la vita notturna. Facilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

L’appartamento un po’ datato, avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Struttura molto frequentata da ragazzini, dunque molto rumorosa durante la notte al loro rientro dalle feste. Pulizia scarsa.
