Our room could’ve been a little cleaner. Someone blocked the smoke detector. I don’t know how the cleaning staff missed it.

The location was good

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. We had a king size bed with 4 small pillows that were old and flat they gave us 2 more
The heater didn't work well so it was either constantly running and you were hot or not running and you were cold
The view was not a good city view where are room was located
There was water damage around the windows which had a bad draft coming in when the wind blew
The breakfast room was so small no tables were available to sit and eat and the variety and freshness of food was terrible
The TV remote worked very poorly

Cons:

Photos make the rooms seem much bigger than reality. There is no privacy, you can hear everything from other rooms and corridors.
The rooms are not maintained, scrapped wallpapers, floor, and desk. Broken hair dryer too.
Breakfast area is a depressing room that cannot fit even the 25% of the the people staying there. The food is less than basic. It would be better if they were honest and didn't provide any breakfast.

Tocó acomodarse por el precio y la premura.
Pros:

A pesar de que son unas cuantas cuadras desde la estación de metro no tuvimos inconvenientes, ni nos sentimos inseguros en el trayecto. Mucho comercio, tiendas y restaurantes en la calle principal.

Cons:

El desayuno. No dan proteína y si se acaba no reponen para los huéspedes que faltan. Tamaño de la habitación muy pequeño. No había casi espacio para caminar.

Solo para dormir, ubicacion y precio muy bien.
Pros:

La ubicacion en relacion al precio, tienes opciones alrededor para comer incluyendo starbucks y Japan Village, ademas el metro esta a un par de cuadras caminando.

Cons:

Estuvimos con tormenta de nieve, se descompuso la calefaccion del cuarto, lo reportamos en la manana indicando que regresabamos 10 horas despues asi como solicitud de limpieza de habitacion, la persona de recepcion ni siquiera paso el reporte, regresamos de noche y todo estaba igual y sin calefaccion, optaron por darnos uno portatil pero no era suficiente, no nos pudieron cambiar de cuarto. El area de desayuno es demasiado pequena no cabiamos. Se escucha ruido de habitaciones pegadas y pasillos.

Buona posizione ma pulizia da migliorare.
Pros:

Posizione ottima a cinque minuti dalla metro, si raggiunge downtown Brooklyn facilmente e ci sono servizi nelle vicinanze. La struttura permette di lasciare i bagagli.
Stanza e bagno grande, l’acqua calda funzionava perfettamente.
Colazione inclusa sufficiente grazie alla macchina per i waffle.

Cons:

La stanza era fredda e il climatizzatore non riusciva a riscaldare per bene, la pulizia non era impeccabile, poche prese per caricare i dispositivi. Nella spazzatura della colazione abbiamo visto uno scarafaggio.
