If you must stay in Brooklyn-this is one of the best choices.
Pros:

Nice and clean! The staff were very friendly!!

Cons:

The location is close to everything, but the street looks like in the 60-s in the movies. Graffiti is everywhere, garbage is on the streets,

Great location but customer service needs improvement
Pros:

The really appreciated the free parking when available. The rooms were clean and it was a great location to take the subway to Time Square

Cons:

I told the check in clerk that I wanted my room cleaned everyday and the young lady the next morning was hesitant to have someone to clean the room after 11 am.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, kurzer Weg zur Metro mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt. Es war eines der günstigsten Hotels der Gegend und dafür vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Beim Auschecken war der Mitarbeiter mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern. Die Kaution ist nach wie vor nicht zurück erstattet.
