Basic but clean.
Pros:

Clean and short walk to subway.

Cons:

Breakfast area was dank and depressing without much in the way of fresh food (no eggs or fruit)

The bed was comfortable and check-in was easy.

Cons:

The wallpaper is coming off the wall, you are not able to look out the peep hole and the fire alarm went off in our room at midnight. Apparently it has “never happened before” unless someone was smoking, which we were not, we were asleep. When we finally opened the door, the person working at that time stormed into our room without saying anything to us and no apology for the alarm and storming in.

A nice place with knowledgeable staff willing to help. Clean & comfortable & safe area within short walking distance to subway

Cons:

We paid our $ 50.00 fee we paid for deposits & didn't get it back ???? We are waiting on reply with a total $ 100.00 why hasn't it show on my account.

Pros:

Buenas vistas desde nuestra habitación. Parada de metro a pocos minutos a pie.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy pobre, no es nada saludable, todo bollería industrial y muy, muy mal café.
Para estar tan alejado de la ciudad el precio es exageradamente alto.

Bien situee pour visiter New-York. Bonne taille de chambre, bien d'avoir un micro-ondes et possibilité fer à repasser.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du métro et à moins de 40 minutes des principaux sites touristiques.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment décevant, avec un choix très limité. Compte tenu du prix de l’hôtel et de notre séjour à New York, nous nous attendions à un vrai petit-déjeuner avec des œufs, du bacon et autres. Nous sommes repartis déçus.

it was alright I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place, the only thing that we don't like was the banging of doors and people talking loud in the hallway, but next time we go to NYC we will definitely stay at your hotel
