الغرف نظيفه جدا كل مراقثها تعمل بكفاءة الريسيبشن ودودين جدا وتم عمل upgrade لغرفتنا لتطل علي البحر بدون طلب مننا

حمام السباحة غير نظيف بالمرة ويومين لم يتم تغيير الماء او تنقيته والماء معكر تماما خاصة حمام سباحة الاطفال وذلك ادي لتحسس شديد لابنتي في وجهها وجسمها
لا يوجد خظمة او اي موظف امام حمام السباحة والكراسي والشيزلونج عدد صغير جدا مقابل الضيوف ولم نجد مكان نجلس او نضع اغراضنا فيه
