We hebben het heel fijn gehad
Pros:

Het zwembad is super fijn met voldoende ligbedden. De slaapkamer was goed en we hadden geen last van geluid van andere gasten. Kleine, maar prima badkamer.

Het ontbijt en het personeel zijn echt geweldig en de cocktails bij de strandbar van het hotel zijn heel goed! We hebben genoten.

Cons:

Eigenlijk beviel alles ons goed. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan is het de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Voor €150 per nacht kun je in Griekenland een luxer hotel vinden.

Cons:

The comfort of the bed was terrible. After four days, I was in pain because of the bed. The head waiter at the pool restaurant seemed to be constantly looking for an opportunity to overcharge guests, even by as little as €2.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Pool und privatem Strand; Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet – tatsächlich das beste, das wir während unserer Reise durch Albanien hatten (und wir hatten fünf verschiedene Unterkünfte).

Das Zentrum ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt und angenehm zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants. Besonders praktisch ist der große Parkplatz – in Saranda wirklich ein großer Vorteil.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher erneut im Saranda Palace übernachten. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Was die Kritik betrifft, fällt es schwer, etwas zu finden. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist jedoch nicht ausgeschildert; zu Ihrer Information: Es ist derselbe Einfahrtsweg wie zum Hotel Apollon. Da die Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist, kann man die Einfahrt leicht verpassen und braucht dann etwas Zeit, um wieder zurückzukommen.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le fait qu’il soit collés au beach c’est le seul point positif de cet établissement.

Cons:

L’accueil du personnel sauf de la dame qui s’occupe des petits déjeuner qui est ADORABLE. Le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de drap sur le lit, ni housse de couette sur la couverture !

Good location but expensive for the service and standards.
Pros:

Location was good. Cleaning staff was very prompt and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My wife has back problem and the receptionist denied any help and even did not provide an extra quilt or bedding. Breakfast was sub standard, also no tea kettle provided in the room.
