Très bel hôtel, au cœur de Florence.
Pros:

L’emplacement était incroyable, à proximité de tout ! La suite vraiment très confortable et propre ! Le personnel très disponible et agréable.

Great spot to visit the centre of Florence from.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but tasty. Good amount of options. Perhaps one thing to think about is to have milk available, without having to ask for it, as you have cereal available.

Cons:

Probably not an easy solution, but the hot water took a very long time to come through in the bathroom/shower, felt bad wasting all the cold water waiting for it to heat up.

Lage war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht ausgeschildert und eine Beschreibung gibt es nicht.
Am Klingelschild ist die Unterkunft verzeichnet, anschließend werden einem zwei Türen geöffnet bis man im Treppenaufgang steht - auch hier ist nichts ausgeschildert. Lediglich im Aufzug steht der Name des Hotels - 3. Etage.

Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Bettdecken sind lediglich mit einem Laken unten, wie auch oben versehen also ein richtiger Bettbezug ist nicht gegeben, sodass wir das als sehr unhygienisch empfunden haben, insbesondere da die Decke an sich Verschmutzungen aufgewiesen hat.

Preis-Leistung daher nicht empfehlenswert.
