La position, la beauté des lieux, l’excellent petit-dejeuner

Cons:

La climatisation de la chambre s’est stoppée à plusieurs reprises sans raison. Aussi, elle ne fonctionne pas lorsque nous sommes en dehors de la chambre. La chambre est très chaude dès qu’on la rejoint.

Posto incantevole in pieno centro storico
Pros:

La struttura è in pieno centro, ed ha tutto la bellezza di un palazzo storico. La stanza era grande, ben attrezzata e pulita. il bagno enorme e con doccia e vasca. Staff sempre sorridente e gentile, disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Essere rimasta una sola notte. Tutto bellissimo.

Fantastic place to stay! Historic building and room with lots of extras like breakfast and snacks.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the decor of the old palace and the location! We were given an upgrade and early check in as well as luggage storage after we checked out. The delicious breakfast and snacks were really appreciated!

Cons:

Nothing! It was amazing!

Relaxing, comfortable, and joyful.
Pros:

Wonderful location, just a short walk from the Uffizi Gallery. We stayed for two nights and explored Florence entirely on foot.

The breakfast was also delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was excellent, which made our stay very comfortable during the summer. The hotel uses Daikin air conditioners, a brand well known for its quality and reliability.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They even called a taxi for us when we were leaving for Firenze Santa Maria Novella station, and it arrived just as we came downstairs—perfect timing!

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the elevator was quite small, but that’s completely understandable given that the building is a beautifully preserved historic palace.

Pros:

Location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. The parking service for our car was fast and efficient. Room was good, breakfast simple but fine.

Cons:

Tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom would be a good addition.

Pros:

Não conseguimos entrar no hotel, porque a recepção estava fechada e o telefone indicado na reserva não atendeu (10 vezes tentadas). A recepção de outro hotel também tentou contato e não conseguiu

Cons:

Havia lixo derramado na porta de entrada. Não sei como Booking indica hotel sem compromisso com o hóspede.!!!!!
